I stayed 1 night which was included in the package tour booked with the Medan Travel Agency (PT Wonderful Indonesia Tour & Travel). We were told that the hotel had recently renovated their rooms, it came as a shock to us. It was in such deplorable condition. 1) The upholstery of the sofa was torn. 2) The shower curtain was falling off the hooks. 3) The toilet seat was loose and wobbly. 4) While showering, the water flooded the bathroom as it couldn't drain properly. 5) The toilet bowl was also unable to flush, and water overflowed, causing a mess. 6) There was no telephone in the room, making it impossible to call for assistance. 7) We suffered two power cuts during the evening 8) The WiFi was a joke – incredibly weak, as we were given the wrong access details, making it practically unusable. I reported these issues to the tour agent, but he was dismissive and unhelpful, telling us that it was high season. This lack of response was extremely frustrating, especially considering the high price paid for our tour package. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the condition of the rooms for future guests.
酒店很干净，院子很大，服务效率高。位置也绝佳，可以直接看到多巴湖的景色。如果带小孩来玩的话，这里非常适合，因为有儿童泳池、游乐场，还有超大的草坪。

这家酒店的景色太美了。房间和景色都非常适合拍照发朋友圈。非常干净。缺点是酒店没有水上通道，位置有点偏僻，如果没有自己的交通工具会不太方便。泳池等设施需要更新。他们已经在用心打理园林了，所以也许以后会翻新泳池这些。如果你想找个安静的度假村，彻底放松几天，这里很棒。

我喜欢这家酒店的一切。这家酒店非常僻静，远离城市的喧嚣，非常安静祥和。景色非常美丽，可以俯瞰多巴湖和萨摩西岛。服务非常好，工作人员细心周到，乐于助人。他们见到你时都会打招呼。无线网络速度很快，酒店不同地方都可以使用。早餐很美味。我绝对会推荐大家来这里。
