I wanted to bring to your attention several concerns regarding my recent stay. Upon arriving at the second floor where our room was located, there was a strong odor of ********* in the hallway. Throughout our stay, we also heard dogs barking and people arguing nearby, which made it difficult to rest comfortably.
In addition, the room itself was not in the best condition. The bedding appeared worn — the sheets had visible stains and were not bright white, and the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. On Sunday morning, we also discovered that the air conditioner was leaking, leaving the floor covered in water.
I wanted to make you aware of these issues so they can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

First and last to this Worst place where we for our vacation lots of No No No first when we got there we feel not welcomed to this place, and we got there 3pm the check in time and they said our room is not ready so We have to wait half an hour to be check In. The Girl was having a bad attitude towards (RUDE). And when we finally get in to the room first look was dirt in the floor they didn’t even sweep and mop why I know they didnt mop my wife get out from the bed step on the floor without her sandals not even 3 minutes her foot was so dark and she has to go to shower just because of that! So unprofessional service it was a wood floor so disgusting and the bed sheets and pillow cases has stains, no one do the turndown to our room until I go ask to the lady infront for our last day staying in the hotel. and to the breakfast attendant also for showing a crazy attitude as well for just telling you that the Hot water in the buffet has a lot of black thing floating and you get mad at me for telling you for that, instead of saying thank you for letting you know about the problem in the water duhhh what kind of management they run is that how you all welcome your Guests??????

the room was clean and comfortable breakfast was good my only problem was when I added a day they charged me for a deposit again and they never once came in to clean the room while I was there

All was good for the most part but they have two women(Jamaican decent) don’t know their names but they were extremely rude on more than one occasion. Actually following my fiancé out the front door on one occasion about us being on the bottom floor when we have a pet yet we were placed there by her GM. Very hostile attitude and treated us as we had done something wrong. We have stayed at this hotel 6 weeks over the past 8 months and will not be giving them our hard earned money again.

有史以来最糟糕的地方,房间描述说有三张床,结果只有两张(包括沙发床),几个小时后他们才送来一张折叠床,上面还有一大块啤酒/尿渍。制冰机坏了,房卡也刷不了,房间不干净,前台效率超级慢,我们等了几个小时才拿到床单,而且床单也没有其他酒店的干净。这真是我住过的最差的酒店了。
房间空间大小宽敞,环境安全,可以免费停车。早餐还不错,服务热情。只是退还押金时间非常久,是经济出行的不错选择。
一切都很棒,有游泳池,最好的是他们接受宠物😃😃
