The room was spotless and the breakfast was very good and most of all the staff was very professional.

The breakfast was fresh with options and stayed open til 10:00 for the late sleepers. The carpet in the hallways smelled sour!! The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn’t have a hot tub.

We stayed 2nights, the shower looked like it had not been cleaned in a while, there were stains on tiles around the tub and sink. There was no daily housekeeping though the website said there was. When I called down to the front desk I was told there was none. When I requested clean towels a very nice man came up and gave us clean towels and took the dirty ones. He was the highlight of our stay. I will not stay at this hotel again

The only place I stay in PC
I am in Panama City several times a year usually. I always stay here. Clean, quiet and comfortable.

好地方，人也很好，值得推荐。
有史以来最糟糕的地方，房间描述说有三张床，结果只有两张（包括沙发床），几个小时后他们才送来一张折叠床，上面还有一大块啤酒/尿渍。制冰机坏了，房卡也刷不了，房间不干净，前台效率超级慢，我们等了几个小时才拿到床单，而且床单也没有其他酒店的干净。这真是我住过的最差的酒店了。
房间空间大小宽敞，环境安全，可以免费停车。早餐还不错，服务热情。只是退还押金时间非常久，是经济出行的不错选择。
一切都很棒，有游泳池，最好的是他们接受宠物😃😃
