Room was substandard. Missing lights, bathroom fixtures poorly designed, bathroom sink was a strange adaption, bathroom shower very slow to empty. TV was very small and loosely connected to wall. Breakfast offering was small and low quality. Coffee substandard to gas station vending machine.

This was an older facility and had some humidity issues so our room smelled musty and moldy. The bed was old and lumpy and wasn’t comfortable and had probably never been flipped or rotated. The room was clean(ish) although the overuse of cleaning supplies was evident when walking in the floor barefoot which made the floor very slippery.
The staff was great with the few interactions we had with them. We were only here to sleep so felt with it as options in the area are limited.

Staff was great. Minimal breakfast options. Walls are thin and not well insulated which amplified the noise from the rowdy guests next door each night which made for difficult sleeping. Doors don’t close slowly and tend to “bang” shut if not manually closing softly.

Staff polite. Hotel has very bad odor, particularly on 2nd floor. Room was missing cups, ice bucket, hair dryer. Room was clean, but low on towels. Almost like room was cleaned but not stocked. It was only 1 night for us, but the odor would have normally made me reconsider.

The hotel was musty smelling. They had vapor trap bags in our room and there was water damage that had clearly been painted over. The TV mount was broken and the TV was tilted towards the ground. Breakfast was room temperature sausage and a half gallon jug of waffle mix next to a waffle iron. The jug was not even sitting in ice.
Staff sat outside the main door smoking.

My room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The negative feedback would be they didn’t have enough breakfast available they only had a few sausages and I was early. They had multiple options of cold cereals but the bowl were so small it was like fixing cereal in a yogurt cup. Breakfast was a major disappointment

We needed a hotel close by to the Nook for the night and were not disapointed with how affordable this hotel was. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and much needed after playing an event. I would reccomend this hotel to any of my friends or family who needed it.

I was awakened at 3:01 am by loud drunks in the hallway, two women and one man. This went on till about 4:30 am. I'm in room 105, very near to the checkout counter. At no time did I hear any employees try to quiet them down. Police should have been called. I left Saturday afternoon and drove home instead of putting up with it.
