抱歉，我对 Turks head 酒店真的很不满意。只是觉得它不太适合人们在那里放松或享受假期。卧室床的窗帘挂在栏杆上，摇摇晃晃的，但我得承认床垫很舒服。电视遥控器不能正常工作。浴室的网状窗帘需要清洗，上面还有一个洞。卧室旁边的门一直在砰地关上。周六晚上，外面的人吵醒了我，吵了好一会儿。没有人出去叫他们把声音调低，我是说工作人员或经理。没有地方可以坐下来放松，事实上感觉很不舒服。只是不知道谁是工作人员，谁不是。只有早餐工作人员。早餐很好，早上的工作人员很友好。但很遗憾，我们经常旅行，这不是我们喜欢的。
We have stayed here many times over the years and has always been very good so we thought for our 40 wedding anniversary we would go back,the room was so cold went to ask staff if they had a portable heater we could have was told they didn’t have one it was half past five and heating had not come on, the 20th was when there was snow and very cold .we went down to have dinner which was great asked another member of staff for heater he went off came back and said no,went back to room still cold my wife had pyjamas on and fleece jacket in bed she is 83 got up had breakfast which was good and then we left, it should have been a nice three day break but instead was one night. Have had no response from Turks head very disappointed.

酒店回复: Hi David I sent an email after you left, we’d like to offer you a return stay. The other guests had absolutely no issues & said they’d had a great stay & would be back. We therefore had presumed there was maybe an issue with the radiator in your room & promised we’d immediately look into it & come up with a solution straight away & I’d call the plumber & arrange a heater or move rooms. After breakfast I had a chat with Leigh, However you had already left, Leigh came back in to say you were going home, I went straight to your room with our housekeeper & breakfast staff to look into the issue, however the 3 of us all agreed that the room toasty warm. I apologise that you weren’t given an additional heater after requesting as it was sub zero outside. That said the heating was set to maximum & we found it to be very warm when checked. We’ve had no other issues prior or subsequent to your stay. It’s an original coaching inn & we don’t have double glazing, so it can get chilly if the heatings off, but we on this occasion we all agreed that we felt it warm. We’d love to welcome you back, there’s no expiration date on a future stay, please give us a call anytime to arrange.

Great food, spoilt by booking music
Gluten free breakfast & dinner was excellent. Unfortunately loud booming music in the evening was annoying in the bedroom

Very friendly and comfortable
It was very friendly, the food was very good and the atmosphere was relaxed. The room (suite) was fine for our needs and the bed was very comfy. I guess, if we had been staying more than 2 nights, i would say the bathroom was very cramped and had no surfaces to put stuff on and the sink was no good for having a wash in as it was tiny. But we were only there a couple of nights and it was fine.

Lovely gem off a place the food is very nice and so Is the staff. We stayed in the patio room and we where very impressed with it. The atmosphere on the night time was very good we had a very nice time and hope to come back in July 😁

如果您想找一个安静的地方，这里不是您要住的地方。酒吧里挤满了当地人，他们看着您的眼神就好像您有两个脑袋一样。如果您坐错了位置，他们很快就会试图将您推开，以此来让您知道。深夜，卧室窗外传来许多喧闹声，还有女孩们在唱歌或试图唱歌。床的床垫不错，但床太小了。而且床摇摇晃晃。窗帘需要好好保养一下，或者只是更换一下，就像房间需要整修一样。电视遥控器也不能正常工作。早餐还可以。但他们总是忘记桌子上的东西。第一天早上没有侧盘可以放吐司。而且早餐只在 8:30 到 9:30 之间供应。对住宿和态度真的很失望，感觉不受欢迎。
