Weekend family visit
day staff was excellent, evening staff was less responsive. Nice rooms and beds were comfortable. The pool was cloudy and had strong smell of chlorine. Easy access to Walmart and restaurants.

Had black mold on the ceiling tiles and walls behind the peeling wall paper in the hallway around our room. We were located on the first floor. Toilet was plugged upon check in and was not reminded until the next day around noon. Had a moldy mildew smell throughout the hotel. Pool had dead flys all around and inside pool. Staff was not very friendly nor accommodating. Place should not be open for guests.

The room was not cleaned well. Hair in bathtub, food crumbs under the a/c and tv didn’t work. Took two reports to get TV fixed.

I liked that there was so much just right there, restaurants, wal mart, etc. BUT, the security lights from the parking lot shone right in the window. The light blocking shades did not block the light and it felt like I was in eternal twilight like in the North Pole. Did not sleep well at all. Probably will not ever stay there again

No very helpful information at check in that would have prevented us from staying, the TV wasn’t work and the telephone wasn’t working.
