We visited Fern Royal Farm Resort, Anjar with friends and had a great experience. The resort is ideal for both family and bachelor trips. Adventure activities were fun, food was delicious, and service was excellent. Staff was very polite and caring. Special thanks to Ms. Reena and Ms. Pragati at reception, and Ms. Dhanshree and Ms. Kajal at the restaurant. Highly recommended!

Checked in on 1st December and stayed in a Hazel Suite. The room was okay, but the service and food were extremely poor. It took 30 minutes just to get plates, even though my room was right above the restaurant. The food quality was horrible—found a fly in the Gulab Jamun, which was clearly present during preparation. This raises serious hygiene concerns. For a hotel under the Fern brand, this experience is unacceptable. Only the name is good. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Our group of 30 guests stayed at The Fern Farm Hotel, Anjar, expecting a comfortable and well-managed stay given The Fern’s reputed name. We checked in on 24th Oct'25 & checked out on 25th Oct. Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. Despite confirming our arrival and meal preferences (Jain and vegetarian) in advance, the restaurant was completely unprepared at lunchtime, with no buffet arranged and very limited options throughout our stay. The service staff appeared disorganized, and repeated requests were needed even for basic arrangements. Same Bad Experience for Dinner As Well as there were hardly any Jain Options at The Buffet. To add to the inconvenience, the AC and Wi-Fi in one villa stopped working past midnight, and instead of prompt support, we were told we should have checked it at check-in. Instead of alotting us a spare room just to sleep My family had to repack and shift villas at 1:30 AM — a highly distressing experience. While the management later offered a hi-tea and waived some minor charges as a goodwill gesture, it did not make up for the overall mismanagement and discomfort we faced. A disappointing experience for a brand known for hospitality — we sincerely hope the management takes steps to improve guest care and professionalism.

但是，也有很多地方看起来不太有条理……有几位茶歇和午餐的工作人员似乎不知道该做什么。
没有人主动提供服务，当客人想点餐时，他们也不知道该怎么办。这只是免费的茶歇而已……
客房和设施方面都还不错。房间挺干净的……健身房设备也很齐全。
酒店目前仍在装修中，希望以后会越来越好。
早餐选择还算可以，薄饼（dosa）质量很好。给厨师打9分。
总的来说，还是一次相当愉快的住宿。如果再来附近的话会考虑再次入住。
