Very close to the Ram Raja Temple. I had booked a non-ac room. The room was okay. Good enough for the price I paid.

Owner is nice and helpful. However the cleanliness is an issue. clean sheets undersheets for blankets should be provided.
rooms are ill equipped. no chairs no luggage rack no wardrobe to hang clothes.
toilets need better level of consistent cleaning. curtains are dirty. TV not working in the room so had to shift the room.
geyser not working in the room shifted in to. had to take bath in cold water since it was too early to wake up the owner.

The rooms was spacious with decent cleanliness in the bathroom with hot water available. Value for the money paid.

Very good accommodation, neat and clean in reasonable price. Supporting staff. They have a newly build 3 bhk (mithila) property which is very very superb.

I was staying at the hotel run by Aniket and his sympathic family on a solo trip to Orchha in January 25. I was welcomed to a nice and clean room. The breakfast there was homemade and really tasty. Aniket and his family provided me a lot of useful information about the city, helped me to book a train ticket, organise a trip to Jhansi.... additionally the view from the common area on the 2nd floor over Orchha is great..... I had a great stay there and I d like to come again to this place. Thomas - traveller from Germany

我们可能通过 Booking 预订了最便宜的房间，但幸运的是，友好的老板向我们展示了楼上的房间。好多了。其中一些房间还可以看到奥尔恰堡。然后他带我们参观了附楼的全新房间（#501 有窗户，#502、503 没有窗户），我们很幸运能够搬到这里，感觉非常舒适。因为天气很冷，我们立即在房间里安装了风扇加热器。步行（或坐嘟嘟车）即可到达景点，强烈推荐，尤其是性价比方面
