My stay has been pleasant the staff is very polite and respectful of your wishes Toddy was excellent and was very helpful with every questions that I had and worked very hard to accommodate me of my needs. Edith was also very helpful in assisting me the customer service there was great!

Place smelled of **** and body oder. We got to our room to find the pull out bed was flithy, and a roach crawling on the bed going under the pillows. We immediately left.

The kitchen had nothing but roaches. Worst place I've ever been. Only stayed because it was convenient to the hospital.

Friendly Staff. Subpar Room.
The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful! The room was much less impressive in person than the photos on the website. Fixtures were dangling from the well, the microwave did not work, there were stains all over the carpet/walls, and there was no desk for me to eat/work on like shown in the pictures. It smelled like smoke and my key took 5+ tries for it to work every time I entered my room.

Had to kill cockroaches EVERY DAY. They were everywhere. Hotel pictures are not up to date. The ceiling was peeling & has brown spots. The cause with the pull out was dirty & has stains . The room smelled like pee

There was roaches in my room. When I got there I just stood there in front of the check in desk and nobody came to help me for about 15 minutes, until a lady finally came from somewhere. But she didn't even greet me with a smile or anything. I had to greet her, and I don't even like talking that much.

The guy in the front was very nice and friendly. The hotel wasn’t so great. I had hair on my sink toilet and shower. Bottom of the toilet was very nasty. The floor in the bathroom is coming up. The place had a funny smell. The couch was very nasty. The microwave was nasty as well. If I didn’t have to go to a concert I would’ve requested for my money back..
