When we first arrived and checked in, we noticed an odor in the hotel and when we got to our room, the odor was so horrible that the smell literally gotten in our clothes and we literally stank when we come out of there even after a shower, the stink was so bad the towels even had the odor from the room in them so when you dried off you stunk even worse!!!
Also me and my wife got accosted in the parking lot when we come back to the hotel from visiting relatives and the guy was asking us for money and got upset when we told him we didn’t carry cash when we went inside and told the staff the front desk clerk about it he asked us where?
we told him, the guy costed us out here in front in your driveway just right in front of the doors And he goes where and we pointed to another customer getting accosted in front of the doors of the hotel
They just didn’t care they didn’t go out there and stop the guy. They didn’t ask the guy to leave the property nothing the guy had barely any clothes on. he stunk and kept pulling his pants up, cause they kept falling down so we knew there was something wrong with him.

Dirty & rude
When we got there, it took 10 minutes to he helped by anyone & when someone finally came they walked from across the street. Finally, when we got to our room I started gathering my kids to get ready for bed and I was making them a pallet on the floor (that’s what they asked for.) when I noticed how dirty this room was. There was dust & “crumbs” everywhere. Random hairs from previous guests, under the beds had not been cleaned in idk how long. We chose not to stay there and get a refund. The following day we were still charged. When I called the hotel, the “supervisor “ MERTLE, I spoke to was very rude. Interrupted me when I spoke & even ended the phone call on me. She claimed the room was clean and was slept it. When I tried explaining that it was NOT slept in, we had just started getting ready for bed (seeing as we got there very late that night.) when I noticed everything is when she was interrupting me the entire time just telling me to call back on Monday and then she ended the phone call on me. I called back and I told her I did not appreciate that and asked to speak to someone else or give me the customer service number for the hotel chain. She said she did not have that information. All together, this experience was awful, and they were very rude.
I also want to add, there are cracks in the walls everywhere & the flooring dips in several spots through the ENTIRE hotel as if it’s from water damage and the floor is rotted.

At check the guy was rude didnt know what he was doing. Got to the room Floors were soft and wavy. Came accrossed some roaches. Toilet moved when you sat on it.

Horrible STAY AWAY.
Went to Texas for the USA National Karate tournament. First reason for renting here was the kitchen and second was the breakfast. Well needless to say we got none. Breakfast consisted of coffee and sometimes a muffin no garantees. The kitchen in the room had nothing, no pots, jo plates not silverware or coffee pot. We were told to ask for them and if available they would give to us. Well they were never available. The room was dirty, smelled bad and had roaches everywhere. They came on our 2nd day there to fumigate and everything was sprayed all over the floor leaving it sticky. No room service other then every 5 days. You have to take your own trash out. Parking lot is dark and people are always sitting in their cars. Elevator never stopped at the 2nd floor so we had to go up to come back down. Staff was very rude. I got there an hour before check in and was told 3pm sharp, after traveling all day with a child that was not what i wanted. Hallways are dark and smell. Doors barely closed right. My son and i felt so unsafe the entire time we were there. Rooms are dark. My drapes were always wet no idea why. AC unit was held by 2x4s and when i asked the front desk she said oh yeah they are all like that. Terrible.

The room was unclean had hair all over the floor by the window... The toilet felt like you were gonna fall off it when you sat on it there is a soft spot on the floor between the bathroom door and the stove. Had no pots and pans available for 24hr.

Our room smelt like cigarettes and my wife was getting physically sick, the manager refused to speak with us and would not consider a refund. There was also a deceased bird on our window sill which was awesome. Will never be going back to another Extended stay.

Place was clean, kinda had a funky smell. There was no hairdryer and I thought the description said there was one but I could be wrong. But place was still nice and clean.

First room was reeking with some smell. probably someone smoked there. Changed to The second room but the carpet was old and dirty. Was smelling. While sleeping on the bed I was getting itches on the skin. Booked for 2 days but left just after 1 day.

Horrible. They had bed bugs when I asked to switch rooms they told me no. Although I told them about the bugs. They wouldn’t give my deposit back because I complained about the bugs
