There was no hot water when I showered at night. It didn't appear the room was fully vacuumed because there was a bottle cap near the HVAC unit. Walls and floors were dirty in the common areas as well.

Beds are very comfy, bathroom mirror was huge and had an led light around it which made it so much easier to do our hair and makeup

The staff were super friendly and nice. The reception employee from the night staff at was nice and accommodating. The morning staff provided warm good mornings and were extra helpful. Not so good interaction while checking out...the young lady in management ATTEMPTED to reprimand me in regards to a deposit receipt.

Bed and room were comfortable. Signs of age and wear of carpet, elevator, doors and lobby were obvious. We also were not able to get an extra blanket and I was intially charged twice for our stay. I am still waiting for this credit to appear on my account. Why does this happen?

WiFi bandwidth did not seem adequate, typically had issues in the evening and night.
Stays for multiple nights with two people didn't have adequate seating or closet space.

Driving cross country for family reunion from PA. Price was great. Comfy bed, breakfast was good. Front desk staff was friendly.
