中东风格,蓝白相间的设计很喜欢。酒店早餐厅、泳池区域很美,并且有海滩。人气很好,但是不拥挤。服务非常周到,每个工作人员都给予宾客诚挚热情的问候和微笑,对欧美和中国人没有差别,这点体现了淳朴和优质的服务。房间设计合理,非常宽敞、功能区设计合理设施用品齐全。设施方面有待提升,第二天才发现前一晚房间窗没锁锁坏的,这个理论上是应该服务员检查好的,有一定安全隐患,热水也有一晚不热,但酒店并未对以上失误予以特别说明和进行任何实质的歉意表达。餐厅餐食也不错,虽有一些小的不足,总体来说是满意的。
另外,卓美亚是迪拜帆船酒店所在集团的品牌,其实是很高端的,但是可能不是被普遍知道,因此它的性价比其实在同类酒店中算比较好的。
综合分数很高的酒店,除了跨年房价邻近1w一晚有点贵之外,其他真的都很棒,查了一下日常价格因为只有3k就可以住日暮别墅房就真的很有性价比。
整个酒店都是别墅房型,有果冻蓝的私人海滩,日暮别墅靠近大堂,地势较高所以可以房间的泳池看日落,不过问题是距离餐厅酒吧和海边都非常远,只能电瓶车或者走很久。很有自己风格和细节的装修,精致的,双卫生间,2个室外淋雨1个室内淋浴,浴缸,私人泳池,客厅区域、很完善,餐厅的消费并不贵,人均三四百,吃很好;
我们先在穆丽雅别墅住了3晚,然后又在卓美亚住了2晚。
结论是,穆丽雅别墅让我以后还想再来,而卓美亚,住这一次就够了,我应该不会再来了。
首先,一家五星级酒店的水质竟然这么差。皮肤敏感的人肯定会得皮肤病。滤水器是必须的,漱口也要用矿泉水。滤水器用两个小时就堵得不行了。你可以去Naver上搜一下“卓美亚滤水器水质”。叫电瓶车(buggy)基本都要等10到15分钟,等不及的时候,我们就直接走过去了。早餐的菜单也大幅缩水,没什么好吃的。网上博客里那些丰盛的早餐都取消了,现在只有一小碗粥和少得可怜的叻沙。我当时很怀疑,这真的是一晚一百万韩元以上酒店的早餐吗?在穆丽雅吃得很好的孩子们,在卓美亚也只是勉强吃了两盘。
不过,优点是拍照真的很好看。无论是泳池还是客房,只要拍照,这里就像天堂一样。所以,很多中国人也聚集在这里,很吵,一直在拍照,感觉和阿雅娜(Ayana)差不多。另一个优点是,我觉得他们对孩子很友善,也很亲子。所有给孩子加床的服务也都是免费的。
穆丽雅别墅虽然有些年头了,不如卓美亚那么华丽,但服务和清洁真的没话说。打扫房间几乎要花两个小时,泳池也一直在循环过滤,水非常干净。住了三天四夜,滤水器一点变化都没有。
卓美亚只注重表面功夫,细节护理和清洁度都不尽如人意;而穆丽雅别墅虽然外观不如卓美亚华丽,但真的是一个能让人舒适地享受完美假期的地方。如果我先去了卓美亚,可能也会留下美好的回忆,但体验过穆丽雅的亲切和优质服务后,再来卓美亚,失望的地方就太多了。清洁和服务真的需要改进。
那些靠Instagram传播而吸引大量中国游客的酒店,最终都只顾着外表,清洁度却下降了。哦对了,有几个靠垫上还有大叔的汗味,我把它们都扔到沙发后面了。这在五星级酒店里简直闻所未闻,只有在韩国一些不好的度假村才会遇到这种事。
总之,如果你想在照片和Instagram上留下点什么,那就来卓美亚吧。肯定能拍出人生照片。如果你想真正休息和放松,那就去穆丽雅别墅。
选择了这家酒店,体验感直接拉满!从预订开始就感受到了酒店的用心,入住时还收到了小惊喜。房间布置得很有格调,视野绝佳,窗外的风景让心情都变好了。浴室的浴缸很大,泡个澡非常解压。酒店的下午茶和晚餐也很棒,氛围感十足。这里不仅是住的地方,更是旅行的一部分。强烈推荐给想要度过一个浪漫假期的情侣们!
国人和韩国人的旺季不建议追求私密性的客人前来了,因为这个酒店适合“出片”。除非你喜欢菜市场和集市。高密度的住客和极致的美景非常不协调。酒店服务效率也跟着下降。
酒店部分员工服务态度消极,部分员工例如Arcana、值班经理Rhoki在另一方面又提供着卓越的服务。特别是Buggy的司机Arcana,真的希望你们可以重视这样优秀的员工,他总能在关键时刻给予客人情绪价值、排忧解难。
卫生方面有待加强,很多细节对不起这么美丽的度假村环境。当然,这个是巴厘岛很多酒店普遍存在的问题。
不希望看到这么美的度假村得不到应有的软件配套。
携程黑钻预定的,既没像网上说的一样帮我注册会员累计积分,也没给我活动表,看来真的是见人下菜服务拉垮
服务不到位的时候,一直apologize...没有网上评论得那么好,wechat的24小时确实能联系,但是也抵不过大家光有态度但是活干不好呀
卫生打扫中有遗忘的情况,另外也出现过忘记送夜床礼的情况,餐食无功无过,价格偏,Akasa平均250一道普通main course
在乌鲁瓦图众多同价位酒店里选了卓美亚,事实证明太正确了!首先这家有自己的沙滩,比起只🈶悬崖的酒店实用很多,公区整个鸟语花香,房间很大很精致,日落悬崖餐厅太美了。
房间非常满意,目前来说在同价位酒店中最喜欢的房间。日常清理也很及时。美中不足是早餐比同价位差了一点。
房间干净、高级、有设计感,尤其是管家服务非常好,贴心,会愿意再来。谢谢Davin 👍🏻 很适合待在这个度假村发呆
我们来这里度蜜月,真是太棒了!我丈夫看到房间时高兴得尖叫,因为它太好了,哈哈。我们本来想好好享受私人泳池,但到了晚上水就太冷了,没法下水了。于是我们就在公共泳池玩了。
