My final bill was not the price that ******* had quoted. It was about $40 per night higher. I talked to the lady at the front desk and she said, “All I do is push the numbers.” So, what price comes up on the computer is what she charges. Also, I was charged for an extra day because I checked out at 12:00 and was not told that checkout time was 11:00. I think that was pretty sorry for La Quinta to treat customers with such little respect.

The receptionist is not pleasant. I did online check in which should be fast but she takes long everytime. Also she gave me the wrong room. I was not happy and will not be going back there after a year of business.

The refrigerator had rust inside it and was freezing drinks. The shower also had rust, the toilet would hardly flush you have ti hold the handle down for anything to go down. The keycards would just stop working. The room phones didnt work when i tried to call the office. When i made a complaint about the room above me jumping and stomping around all hours of the night nothing was done. The shower curtain rod was coming out if the wall and the shower curtain woudnt stay closed. The smoke detector was falling out of the ceiling.

Everything was nice. The hotel was very clean and the staff were wonderful! Ms Patrina was such a joy when we checked in. Breakfast was also very good. Thank you for making it a wonderful stay as it was our first time in Lafayette.

Everything was great about the stay except for the price of the snacks & drinks. I feel their prices are way too high & they overcharged a 20ounce soda at over $4 I would not have paid this much if they had any of their prices on their products. I’m not happy about what I would call price gouging from a very nice hotel.
