Definitely the best hotel in Lubbock. People not staying here also sought out the restaurant/bar as they feature live music and an inviting atmosphere with fireplaces and lots of TV's over the bar to watch the games. Be prepared to pay handsomely if Tech has a home game and it's a Fri/Sat night but it is what it is... BTW $10 uber to the game from the hotel is also nice.

Terrible visit! Got in a late and just wanted some food and sleep before my early drive out. Was totally forgotten about after ordering. (Do to the bar keeps only caring for the pretty girls at the bar, that’s weren’t even guests. You can find my good review soon.
Would not stay again. It was so bad the front desk staff told me to complain to Expodia to get a refund. Wow!

The only issue we had was that there is ZERO water pressure and it’s very frustrating when you pay $500 per night and can’t get a decent shower. We had reserved a king size bed but got 2 full size beds. Other than that, the property is very nice.

I only chose this hotel due to the outdoor amenities. I’ve stayed before and do not find the room comfortable.
The thing I did notice was how dirty the bathroom was. The time had the pink slime in the corners and the floors had hair and grime. It was not clean. So, how clean is the rest of the room?
