The hot spring and the cleanliness of the facilities were very good, and we were looking forward to a relaxing stay. However, our dinner experience was extremely disappointing. We had a set dinner that included rice cooked at the table. Unfortunately, the rice never cooked properly. The explanation we received afterwards was confusing and contradictory: we were told it might have been due to opening the lid too early, but in fact only one person opened the lid right after the fire went out, while the other three of us waited the instructed 10 minutes. None of the rice was cooked properly. The staff told us this was a “rare case” and assured us it would not happen again. But since the real cause was never identified, we felt it could easily happen again to other guests. There was no alternative meal offered, and the handling of the situation was unsatisfactory. Another concern was that there was no manager on duty that evening. The staff seemed unsure how to handle the situation, which made us feel even more uneasy. For a hotel of this standard, I would expect a clear plan for how to deal with problems when a manager is not present. It is a pity, because other aspects of the stay were pleasant. But until the dinner service and management system are improved, I would hesitate to return or recommend this property.

整体而言,这是一家昭和时代的老旅馆。硫磺温泉可以24小时泡,但设施有些地方也比较陈旧,甚至有点生锈。如果您不介意这一点,那么12榻榻米大的日式房间和被褥都很干净,没有什么问题。温泉水质非常好,我们晚上和早上都泡了两次。
酒店说明只有大堂有网络,但我们的房间里也能用。我觉得这家酒店还是值得再来一次的。
温泉很棒,喜欢泡温泉的人一定会喜欢这里。还可以去别的温泉馆体验。温泉街虽然有些萧条,但对于喜欢那种深藏不露小酒馆的人来说,应该会觉得很有趣。

水直接来自水源,绝对美味。您可以去同一连锁酒店的其他酒店泡澡,但这里的澡堂是最好的。食物也很令人满意。设施虽然老旧,但维护得很好。工作人员也非常友好和礼貌。
