酒店回复: Dear Miriam, Thank you for your review. While it is a standard to have both towels and a coffee maker in each room. We clearly missed the mark and we do sincerely apologize for this. However, with the same token when you mentioned you needed towels the staff member went to retrieve and you requested only beach towels as your preference was to use the towels you brought along with you. The following day you approached another staff member requesting the exact same items you have declined and you approached the situation as if your request was not met. As it pertains to the coffee maker this issue would have been happily addressed whether in the morning when your partner wandered throughout the property engaging with staff members or by your self who frequent the bar complimenting the unique beverages daily. As it appears that despite the mark not being met by the property pertaining to the coffee maker and towels communication is still key pertaining to both parties.As well as respect, in which you neither your partner had on property that also caters to families. Whiles, we are pleased with our guest being comfortable, as you mentioned “its just a place to stay “ even though you were extremely comfortable as if you are at your own home. A matter of fact you were too comfortable that you and your partner indulged and prioritize smoking illegal substance on the property over communicating that you require a coffee maker.Once again, thank you and keep in mind clear communication is always appreciated with any request especially if we missed the mark as we are always happy to serve .As it pertains to the items you made mentioned of they are all available in the room with doing the bare minimum of opening the cupboard. As we make it our priority to not hide necessities.

Vanessa was easy to communicate with and was very friendly.

The property is on the South, and more rural side of the island. It’s about a 30 minute drive from downtown or the big fancy resorts. It’s very secluded and quiet which was a big plus for me and my partner. The beachside cantina and kitchen opens up in the afternoon and serves delicious food, the service is great. It’s about a 80ft walk from your room to the beach. If you want the fancy stuff this might not be for you. But if you like the idea of having a private beach apartment with a full service kitchen and cantina, this is worth checking out.

This property is bait and switch. There is no check in desk, the "front office" is a broken down vehicle, and the "villas" are shacks. The insects are larger than my cat. I'm not sure if they're considered pests or pets. This whole front is designed to lure unsuspecting travelers who don't know better and scare them away without a refund. How this property manages to be on ******* escapes me.

Our taxi driver couldn’t find it and said that no taxi drivers can find it. It looked closed when we showed up. And we were the only guest that night. The property is in desperate need of upgrades. The only good thing about it was the nice gentleman who ran the restaurant/bar. There were dead bugs on the floor in the bathroom. And there was no place to check in because the office was closed and it was only 6:30 PM when we arrived.

The staff attention was excellent. At the moment of our visit the restaurant only offered food at evening, it is closed in the morning. There is no bar and the room are clean
