We didn't use the swim park as the temperatures were a bit cold, but we did really like the unit and felt like the staff was friendly and helpful. We also found it a convenient place to stay close to Disney parks for the most part.

Ensuring guests that are new to the resort are escorted to their rooms would be helpful considering how big the resort is and the different surrounding resorts. It can make it difficult for someone new. The condominiums are very nice aesthetically; however the ceilings are very thin. Someone walking very heavy on the top floor can be a bit unsettling to someone who comes on vacation to relax. Considering the $500 deposit fee, the expectations are a bit higher especially considering countries outside of the US have less resources and don't charge this amount for a security deposit. The people made the experience worth it. The staff and the people around were the best part of the experience. I'd also recommend clarifying that there are restaurants on the resort, but they require additional costs, as again, countries with less resources don't charge the amount of fees this resort charges in order to experience a relaxed time and doesn't charge for every restaurant the way Spectrum does. Overall, I appreciate the people surrounding the resort and their kind hearts. They and the waterparks made the stay worth it !!!

Excellent service from the staff. A great place to stay like at home. Safe place also is pet friendly. Just only need to improve the access to waterpark. All areas on this resort are comfortable and it’s a quiet place. The apartment looks fancy and elegant. Good clean room

Guest safety and comfort are our top priorities, Regarding parking, we understand how important convenience is for families, and to this we have provided our guests with a parking permit to make it a bit more accessible to park closer to the building to which your accommodation is located, though the parking spots closer to the buildings are first come first serve, we also provide transportation to and from your home on our company golf-cart/van. Regarding the reported theft, we conducted a thorough review and confirmed that only your assigned access code was used to enter and exit the condo during your stay. You also confirmed that the door locked behind you each time you left, and our team verified that all additional access points, including sliding doors and windows, were secured. To help ease any concerns, we promptly relocated you and your family to a different condo.We understand how stressful this situation must have felt, and we regret any inconvenience caused. I did not stay at this hotel you made the last switch of hotel and upgraded supppsely to Encore Reunion at last minute. I was CHARGED $403.83 by Spectrum (never stayed there and my husband was charged $899.87 + $708.90 =$1608.77 for an upgrade that was given to us which is not the rental I originally book and location. I need an immediate refund and help resolving the reverse charges at the Encore and Spectrum. This is unacceptable please respond to this chat ASAP.

The amount that was charged was the correct amount according to your booking; there was no additional charges processed. When we arrived we found the Condo was in very poor condition. The floors were filthy, the rug in the living room was so dirty I would Let my kids play on it. We called ana had them come retouch up the cleaning but the cleaning manger was very rude and was irritated with the inconvenience. We were provided with paper thin trash bags so every time we had to take the trash out ans yes your required to haul your trash the. Ava we’d torn and crap falling out. There wee
