I loved the property as far as the aesthetics, but you can hear the upstairs neighbors really badly. Other than that, I loved that they offer shuttle services, the property was super clean, and the water parks were EVERYTHING!!!! 😍

Beautiful condo where the whole family could enjoy time together! Staff is amazing, spotless and clean accommodations and area. Could use more unit specific parking but we made due just fine.
The staff made sure I had birthday surprises awaiting my stay! We also loved the water parks- perfect part of the package. Will stay here again!

The hotel is new and the unit is great but , there is no parking near the unit you will have to walk , and the ac they refused to unlock it in order for it to go under 70 while it’s 100 degrees outside.

酒店回复: Thank you for leaving us your feedback about your stay with us. We use this valuable feedback to help tailor great vacations. Parking is on a first come first served basis and is a rule/regulation we must follow as per the HOA. There is always complimentary parking in the main lot and we offer rides on our golf carts for our guests going from their unit to the clubhouse/parking area to help mitigate this issue. As per our phone conversation, The AC thermostats are systematically set on a temperature range, 70 being the lowest and 78 being the highest. We are unable to make adjustments to this as this is in place to not only protect the life and use of the AC unit but, to also prevent freezing as this will not only incur costs at the guests expense, it will render the AC unusable until rectified. Neither of these scenarios is an experience we want for our guests. We do hope that you will return to our resort again for a better experience as we truly do enjoy providing our guests with memorable and seamless vacations!

We rented a 3 bedroom luxury townhouse. It was beautiful, spacious and we had our own driveway and garage to park. The furniture was very comfortable. The location was close to stores and restaurants. We absolutely loved this property and took advantage of free access is the Island H20 water park that came with the stay. Our only critique is that the property was not thoroughly cleaned prior to our stay. It was surface clean but the floors on the main level and upstairs bathroom needed to be swept and mopped. The price was unbeatable and I would definitely stay here again. Prior to the stay, Brian called and explained the deposit and report fee. The office staff are professional and top notch.
