I received no VIP benefits. Our room was next to a noisy mechanical room. There was one washcloth in a room meant to sleep four. Carpet was stained. Not a single chair in the room. Towel hook was broken. Positives: the ceilings were high.

Just one little flaw.
This was a beautiful hotel. We lived the suite. Only issue was that the soundproofing above us (we were on the 4th floor) was terrible. We could hear people walking and running around in the room above us so loudly.
Other than that is was very fun and a nice time. Beds were very very soft so if you don’t like that it could bother you.

The room was pretty clean and in good condition— but about the size of a large walk in closet. It was VERY small— especially for a “resort.”
The pool/hot tub are also located by a busy street with a lot of street noise.
