Housekeeping was alternate days, when they came one time one of the beds was not made. The air vents in the bathroom were dirty. Unclean rooms, carpets & furniture. Absolutely valueless breakfast food and $10/day for parking.

The swimming pool and "hot tub" were tiny in size. Not large or deep enough for am adult to actually swim much. No jacuzzi jets in the pool that was considered a hot tub. Staff were very friendly. Pretty surroundings. Close to restaurants and trails in the Truckee area.

房间挺好的，很宽敞，卫生间也大且干净。挺满意的。到的时候中午12点，问了下可以办理入住，我们就提前入住了。第二天11点退房，我女儿还没打打扮好，我们先下来交了房卡，告诉前台女儿还在房间，前台说没问题，可以的。美国人都挺友好。我看还有牵狗的，跟前台聊了下，说在美国都能带宠物入住，并且任何房间都行，没有指定的宠物房间。真好。
因为工作原因，我从雷诺机场租了车过来入住。因为是万豪旗下的酒店，员工的服务态度非常周到。酒店设施也很干净，住得很舒服。还包含丰盛的早餐，让一天的开始非常顺利，这点很棒！这是一家我会想再来的酒店！
酒店在高速公路附近，交通便利。设施很新，空间也大。房间里备品不多，但可以向前台索取。早餐品质一般。
优点：酒店员工很棒，非常友好，乐于助人（即使整个酒店都停电了）。早餐是免费的，而且相当不错。
缺点：入住手续很慢。房间中间一张大床正上方有一个火警警报器，一直闪烁着明亮的光芒。如果不直接通过万豪酒店预订，价格会更优惠，但住宿时没有旅享家积分。
