Booked wrong dates in error, and they never replied to rectify it so I got charged for it. Terrible customer service wont be using this company again

No complaints of note other than the doors were pretty loud when others closed their doors. It could be heard pretty clearly which disturbed some rest

Check in was awful. She couldn't even open front door for us. Didn't know computer and was unable to give us another key. Was 20 minutes waiting but nothing happened
Think may be new and badly trained.
Bathroom sink wouldn't empty
We were tolf to pull the handle th9likg on nscl of tap which we'd dome tried again but no joy. Nobody came to look at it. Cold used water still in bowl in morning. Not nice and no staff cared.

Good location for our needs, evening meals were good, loads of choices and reasonably priced. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful

It was very convenient for Haydock Park races, parking available and a 10 to 15 minute leisurely walk.
Staff were friendly and welcoming and managed to have a room ready beforecwe set off for the races.

This hotel provides the best sleep and the best food as well. So affordable, yet so clean comfortable and convenient to go to Liverpool and Anfield.
