No toilet paper nor gair conditioner in room. Breakfast horrible. Bad orange juice and spoiled milk. Asked to hold a piece of luggage due to flight delay. Front desk needs classes on customer service. Also under renovation, which was never stated prior to booking.

The hotel is under construction. There was no continental breakfast. Our bathroom had a little bit to be desired as the tub surround was peeling and the toilet seat was broken. The front desk staff was wonderful.

Overall great location for the airport if you have an early flight. Convenient to dining and shopping. Property entry was under construction during our stay.
Overall good value for the price but is showing signs of its age.

Renovation
The hotel is under a major renovation that was not disclosed when booking online. My room was renovated except for the bathtub. The main entrance was blocked due to outside renovation.

大楼正在施工，外面到处都是灰尘，我的车上也沾满了灰尘。工作人员非常棒，知识渊博且友善。房间整洁干净，但床垫有些凹凸不平。
员工友善，房间宽敞，入住和退房都很方便。
唯一不足之处是枕头，太小也有点硬。除此之外，入住体验很棒。
我们入住的那天正在下雪。停车场的雪还没铲，整个停车场都结冰了。
