The room was not quiet. Refrigerator squeaked every time compressor ran. Businesses around were noisy from employees delivery cars. A strong wind made whirling noises in our room. Needless to say, we didn't get much sleep.

Everyone was very accommodating. Our room was not ready when we arrived so they upgraded us to a suite! Nice room and comfortable bed. I accidentally left my phone in the room. We had already checked out. When we went back Ray went up to the room and found my phone. A+ service!

Good stay. But really bad an uncomfortable bed.

The room was very clean. The staff were wonderful and kind. Parking was very easy. The food places near by were very good. The bed was the worst part of our trip. It was so uncomfortable it was hard to sleep.

We had an extremely pleasant experience at the Hampton inn and rate it amongst our best stays through hotel’s .com. From the front desk, through check out everything was near perfect. Staff was very cordial and helpful, rooms were extremely clean, amenities were of good quality and the towels were soft and not paper thin. If , for any reason we should return to the area, we would stay at this hotel. Beds are wonderful as well. It’s clear that the attention paid to guests has been through training and it has paid off. Kudos to you all!

The chairs in the dining area were very worn out. A very limited selection for breakfast.The metal bars in the restroom of our room were rusty. For the price I paid, I expected much better. We won't be staying here again.

Due to some unspecified "unforeseen issue," the hotel had no room for me. When I arrived, they had already booked me at another Hampton Inn 12 miles away.

That stay was good. And it was free, so that helped.

I ended up eating the breakfast at the original hotel the next morning. It was very good. Lots of options and hot. The menu had been posted the day before, and it opened at 6am even on a Sunday.
