I would never book here again, the room was okay until I discovered crumbs in the sofa bed that was extremely difficult to get out. I was going to change the sheets myself but noticed blood on the mattress and floor. I was disgusted so I folded it back up and noticed it was also on the floor and that sofa cushions had also been stained with large white stains. Almost any adult can infer this is not someone having a late night iced snack, which is stomach turning. There was absolutely no working WiFi and we couldn’t get more than 1 bar of reception. Good luck watching, working, or scrolling during this trip. I ended up driving my family of 5 home at 11pm because staying in our beds was much more pleasant than staying in this hotel.

Had comfortable stay in newly renovated two room suites, booked meeting room for January interviews. My fellow team mates from Microsoft were amazed with quality of meeting space, eco-friendly feature all over the campus. Good place for corporate retreats and team building.

I was little skeptical with some reviews. Upon arrival we were greeted pleasantly by staff, Lobby was “wow” grand and welcoming and our room was recently renovated. Recommend Montcler to my corporate group.

This was the worst stay I have ever had at a hotel, and at least 4 other groups of people we traveled with agree. Reservation was wrong (with no apology for the mess up), rooms are disgustingly dirty, the entire place smells, partial beer bottle left in our room, tvs all had static, and the breakfast was so bad we preffered to pay and eat out. I will never stay here again!!!

Will never stay again. It worth the few minute drive to Yorkville. No pool towels. No one greeted us as we waited forever to get checked-in. Breakfast buffet was awful. The place smelled terrible. Everything out dated. Different hues of light bulbs everywhere which was really odd. No charging outlet for usb cords. TV small and full of static. Just all around awful experience. Holiday Inn Express is where it's at!

Abysmal. My wife had to travel to this area because her mother died. In the chaos, I accidentally reserved the room for her for the wrong dates. She discovered this after driving for 9 hours. I tried to get ******* to change the reservation to the correct date but their AI tool is awful and it set up a ticket for a refund. Long story short, ******* repeatedly insisted that they needed approval from Montcler to cancel and refund my room and claimed they made repeated contacts to Montcler for that approval and could not get a response. When I contacted Montcler several times to ask them to make this approval to *******, they provided no assistance at all, claiming ******* had to handle the issue. The end result was that both ******* and Montcler stonewalled until the errant reservation date passed and I was billed for the accidental booking that I didn't use. On top of that, my wife stayed there on the correct nights, and they assigned her to a room that had not been cleaned or serviced since the previous guest. Do not stay here. If there is a problem with your reservation, you will not get help. They will take your money and give you the finger.

I read the bad reviews of this place after I had booked my stay here so I was nervous about what to expect. Happily the room was clean, new carpet, staff was friendly and helpful, parking lot cleared of snow and ice, and for me, the location was perfect, six min drive to my event. Also plenty of dining options in nearby Plano and Sandwich. A Walmart supercenter down the road about two minutes, and best of all, Dunkin Donuts a short drive down the back road.

Our team used the hotel for a multi-day seminar, and it was seamless. The conference rooms were ready and well-maintained, and the hotel rooms were clean and cozy. Everyone on staff was helpful and professional. Highly recommend for corporate events.

The location was ideal, the rooms were spotless, and the conference center was very functional. I appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and great customer service. It’s a solid option for any event or business trip. Will definitely return.
