Staff was good, but room was no prepared for check-in. Someone was smoking in their room and could smell it in our room. The breakfast was very basic offering.

Nasty room the staff didn't care about anything I said . I spent all day looking for email or a number to call for support and help and have gotten nowhere.

Room was 80° when I got there, had to call and get some code to change it. There were literal dried boogers on the bathroom wall. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Smelled so strongly of bad cleaner or something trying to compensate for a smell. Ended up checking out before the night was over and left, unfortunately had to eat the money.

I was skeptical based on previous reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. I arrived earlier than expected. Jessica checked me in and put me at ease. The only thing was my oven would not close and an hour after I mentioned it I had new oven in my room. The room was clean and surprisingly spacious. Great staff that made me and my family feel like this a home away from home. Shout out to Jessica. I will be back when we're in the area again.

My room had a broken TV in one of the bedroom, a hole in the wall in the other bedroom, the light over the shower didn't work. Told the staff and the light wasn't repaired. Breakfast was supposed to be served from 7 - 9, but the person maintaining the breakfast didn't come in until after 8. Very disappointed.

I went to Cincinnati for Kings Island Halloween haunt so basically I was just basically sleeping in the room and for that the room was good, however The outside trash can was never emptied even though it's flowing over and trash, my TV never worked even after I ask the attendant to have someone connected the next day it still didn't work and the oven wasn't cleaned, the shower at best was lukewarm but as I said I basically use the room just to someplace to sleep at so it I guess was good for someplace to sleep but if you wanted anything more than that look elsewhere
我对这个地方的好评简直说不完。这里的员工不仅是我见过最好的，房间也超赞，干净整洁，闻起来也很清新，而且非常宽敞。但我要特别提一句，Trip平台的预订系统要么太老旧了，要么就是他们的客服人员太笨了。我已经被Trip的员工两次预订到错误的酒店了。上一次不光预订错了，酒店地址也标错了。我花了很多时间跟客服沟通才把房间和费用弄对，酒店的夜班经理甚至拿过我的手机，帮我处理这个烂摊子，因为同样的问题一次又一次地出现，没有退款，没有帮助，还被告知是我无知。我等了Trip客服三个小时，他们还是没能解决他们自己制造的问题，那时已经是凌晨三点了。那位经理不仅帮我搞定了房间，还免费给我升级了一间套房，以弥补我所经历的所有麻烦，更不用说他们现在也面临着巨大的麻烦，因为预订都被安排到了他们名下错误的酒店。这简直是一场噩梦，但这家酒店和他们的员工绝对是我遇到的最好的。非常感谢你们！（来自半夜在印第安纳，本该睡在停车场里的Dasher）。你们简直是摇滚明星！
我觉得这确实是一家很不错的酒店，床很舒服，有炉灶和冰箱。我刚入住时房间非常干净。唯一的问题是房间一直很冷，暖气完全不工作。他们尝试给我换到另一个房间，但那个房间不是我想要的，感觉有点乱，所以我宁愿待在原来的房间，尽管很冷。温控器也坏了。希望他们能尽快修复这些问题，做得更好。但总的来说，这还是一家不错的酒店，你可以洗衣服，但是烘干需要付费。
前台小姐姐很友善，但整体卫生状况不太令人满意。毯子、一个马桶搋子和一袋垃圾就放在走廊里。房间的清洁需要好好改进一下，不过对于只住一晚来说也算凑合了。
其他都好就是周围没有步行可达的购物or 餐厅，开车出去才行
