There was a lot not okay with this hotel. It’s not a hotel. It’s temporary housing. The walls and doors both inside suites and hallways are damaged. The units carry a urine order. Rooms aren’t properly stocked and we were there for the weekend and not cleaning. Not even trash removal.
The security doors half worked and the building has damage. The pool was unclean and looked unsafe to be in.
It’s not a problem that it’s temporary housing because there’s a real housing issue in Ohio. It’s the safety of traveling guests that stay there.
Overall, I won’t be back.

I got here at 6 pm. Check in is at 3. My room Wasnt ready. Off to a bad start. I leave, go shopping, come back, and while the room is ready, it looks dingy. There are stains in the carpet and the couch. There is also some gross stuff in the shower.
First thing we so is try the microwave which does t work. I try different outlets and nothing. I call the front desk the staff promptly came and addressed it.

The room was dirty. There was a bottle left in the cabinet that had been cut in half and used as a spit bottle for dip. The shower curtain had mold at the bottom. I ended up leaving before I stayed due to the conditions and to my surprise woke up to a charge the next day on my card for 80 bucks. I have called three times and have been unsuccessful in reaching their staff.

When we first arrived, a sign was posted a reception to call for a clerk. once they arrived we checked in no problem. once we got to the room, it had a musty odor. upon inspection, the floors had stains, cigarette burn on the couch, ripped curtains. i opened the cabinets to find them bare. we requested a kitchenette to cook while we were away. nothing to cook with or eat on. went back to reception when they told me they don't provide anything we are supposed to bring our own. they also don't clean your room. you are expected to take the trash to the dumpster and continually go to reception to request toilet paper and other things you need. my room was next to the elevator...think they forgot sound proofing. everytime it was used I was awakened from my sleep. although the staff was nice, it felt like i rented an apartment not a hotel room, i shouldn't have to go get my own supplies or take out my trash. it was in the listing that kitchen supplies would be provided and room service daily. it's obvious there are a lot of people living out of the hotel, but that should not stop them from providing correct customer service to those who are not. would not stay there again.

Didn’t have our reservation then get to room and there are no towels or soap. Had to go to front desk and they gave me towels but still no soap. Also no sheets or extra pillows for

6 of us and had to push to get everyone just a pillow didn't have our regular room we booked.Found cigarette butts on floor of room 6 guest 2 towels like really no need to say more
我对这个地方的好评简直说不完。这里的员工不仅是我见过最好的，房间也超赞，干净整洁，闻起来也很清新，而且非常宽敞。但我要特别提一句，Trip平台的预订系统要么太老旧了，要么就是他们的客服人员太笨了。我已经被Trip的员工两次预订到错误的酒店了。上一次不光预订错了，酒店地址也标错了。我花了很多时间跟客服沟通才把房间和费用弄对，酒店的夜班经理甚至拿过我的手机，帮我处理这个烂摊子，因为同样的问题一次又一次地出现，没有退款，没有帮助，还被告知是我无知。我等了Trip客服三个小时，他们还是没能解决他们自己制造的问题，那时已经是凌晨三点了。那位经理不仅帮我搞定了房间，还免费给我升级了一间套房，以弥补我所经历的所有麻烦，更不用说他们现在也面临着巨大的麻烦，因为预订都被安排到了他们名下错误的酒店。这简直是一场噩梦，但这家酒店和他们的员工绝对是我遇到的最好的。非常感谢你们！（来自半夜在印第安纳，本该睡在停车场里的Dasher）。你们简直是摇滚明星！
我觉得这确实是一家很不错的酒店，床很舒服，有炉灶和冰箱。我刚入住时房间非常干净。唯一的问题是房间一直很冷，暖气完全不工作。他们尝试给我换到另一个房间，但那个房间不是我想要的，感觉有点乱，所以我宁愿待在原来的房间，尽管很冷。温控器也坏了。希望他们能尽快修复这些问题，做得更好。但总的来说，这还是一家不错的酒店，你可以洗衣服，但是烘干需要付费。
前台小姐姐很友善，但整体卫生状况不太令人满意。毯子、一个马桶搋子和一袋垃圾就放在走廊里。房间的清洁需要好好改进一下，不过对于只住一晚来说也算凑合了。
其他都好就是周围没有步行可达的购物or 餐厅，开车出去才行
