The room was very clean but was looking tired and needing a refresh. The pool area is in need of some work (bottom of the pool, flooring, walls). And there were so many dogs staying at this hotel. They were loud at times. I would ask to be put on a non-pet floor if I was staying again.

Loved checking in and seeing the doggie in the wagon. And the. Check out there was another beautiful doggie to check me out. Friendly staff and the hotel is clean quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had multiple choices and ran to a decent time.

This hotel was very clean, had a good breakfast selection, and was so close to many amenities. Definitely planning on making this my regular place when I stay the night in Lethbridge going forward

They also made fraudlent charge for a night i wasnt there and ive yet to be reimbursed 2 weeks later

The shower in my room was broken. One would think cleaning/housekeeping staff would notice and rectify before the room was offered to the next guest.

AC made a loud buzzing horrible . Asked for it to be fixed they said they fixed it and when I got back at 11pm it still made a horrible buzzing . So had to sleep in such a hot room . Also black out blinds weren’t black out . Asked for a late checkout and it was an up charge .. Because mainly of lack of sleep I will not be back.
房间很干净。酒店位于市中心，交通便利。服务也很棒。
酒店很不错。我唯一想吐槽的就是健身房了。可能因为潮湿，器械生锈挺严重，跑步机也用不了。（不过对我来说问题不大，我还是锻炼了身体）房间很干净，早餐很好吃，其他设施也都不错。下次还会再来！
