Hotel is in nice condition. Its located in a good area with plenty of restaurants and businesses nearby such as Walmart,Ross and Marshall which was convenient because I needed to grab some things that I didn't bring with me. Complimentary breakfast was ok. It offered eggs, turkey sausage and bacon. There is a waffel maker juice, coffee,cereal and bagels. Thats not everything but that's what I remember. Staff was nice and very courteous and the hotel is being well maintained. I'd stay here again.

Very nice hotel, clean and in a secure area. Overhead light was out in the bathroom, but there was plenty of light anyway.

Great Service
The service was really great, however when I got into the hotel room there was hair in the sink, and the shower was not too clean. I purchased my own cleaning items and wiped everything down. Also the A/c was very loud and at some point in the middle of the night it sounded like it started dripping. Also, when I arrived I noticed the toilet handle was broken.

洗手间地板上到处都是头发，水温勉强算温的，洗澡的时候感觉有点冷。洗手池的把手坏了，洗手刷牙的时候老是掉下来。地毯上全是灰尘和污垢。走廊里弥漫着霉味和烟味。泳池因为下雨变得又绿又浑浊，还黏糊糊的，根本没法用。他们说是因为下雨，但之前也下过雨，我住过几次，泳池从来没出现过这种情况。前台那个有纹身的女人态度很差，我周六回酒店后去问她要毛巾，她好像很不耐烦。我住过这家酒店好几次了，从来没遇到过这么糟糕的情况。
如果你喜欢霉味、浴室里挂着前一位客人用过的毛巾、破旧的家具、浑身散发着伍德斯托克音乐节味道的客房服务员（她们还在走廊里当着客人的面播放低俗音乐）、长满藻类的泳池，以及比加油站早餐还难吃的早餐，那这里就是你的理想之选！真不敢相信居然有人说这是城里最好的酒店。如果这都算最好的，那我真不敢想象住其他酒店会是什么样。隔壁停车场里总有一些形迹可疑的人在晃悠……估计是因为假释办公室就在酒店后面吧。我以后再也不会住这里了！
第一天，办理入住手续后，我们到了房间，发现其中一张房卡无法使用。我回到前台，工作人员帮我们“修好”了房卡。周二，两张房卡都能正常使用。周三，两张房卡又都无法使用，所以我再次回到前台更换了房卡。回到房间后，房卡仍然无法使用。我又回到前台，一位女士过来帮我们开门，并说她会提交维修单来修理房门。周四，房卡可以正常使用。周五晚上，我们回到房间，发现房卡又无法使用。我再次回到前台，那位女士更改了房卡密码，但房卡仍然无法使用，于是她过来帮我们开门。她说她正在提交维修单来修理房门。我告诉她，我们整个星期都遇到了各种问题，而且我们第二天早上就要离开了，所以这些都无所谓了。另外，我们在枕头和被子上发现了几根长长的黑头发。我和我丈夫都是短发。他头发是棕灰色，我是金发。此外，床上还有一处非常浅的血迹。无论被子是否洗过，这都属于生物危害。我们拉开窗帘，可以看到窗台上和房间里到处都是污垢。
最后，泳池很脏，根本不干净。
这是我们第三年入住这家酒店，也是迄今为止最糟糕的一次体验。
我预订这家酒店只是因为我要在那里出庭，结果开庭当天酒店打电话取消了预订，所以我取消了房间，因为我不住在那里，而且酒店也没有退款或抵用券，所以我损失了 122 美元。

每天的宾客服务都非常棒！但是早餐简直糟透了，跟我付的价格完全不符，“鸡蛋难吃死了”。我们只有三种选择：鸡蛋、香肠饼和燕麦粥。再说卫生！我们221房间的微波炉顶部积了四英寸厚的灰尘，我们试图把首饰藏在微波炉所在的壁柜上，但这根本行不通，因为壁柜上放着一盘披萨之类的东西，还有垃圾，我们有照片为证！走出221房间，整个走廊都弥漫着霉味和潮湿的气味。房间左侧床头柜上的金属台灯也脏兮兮的！一楼的走廊闻起来像个烟馆。房间里很多地方都需要打扫……
被骗了！！！
酒店位置、员工和服务都不错，咖啡和早餐也相当不错。然而，房间本身却脏得一塌糊涂。我要求打扫房间，他们只铺了床，却把干掉的隐形眼镜粘在床头柜上，墙上还有鼻屎和化妆品残留，而且没有新的卫生纸。感觉更像是一家一星级汽车旅馆。
