很典型的服务区酒店，前台（当时）提供与麦当劳的合作特价，可以7.5折买服务区的麦当劳（也是我们当天的晚餐，其实次日早餐也去吃了哈哈哈），地理位置不错，如果是要从巴斯去牛津路过巨石阵的这个自驾路线，就很推荐这家酒店！在途中很方便，只是记得区分南北区，因为该服务区没有穿梭路径，所以南北区是被高速分开的，一定要看准自己定的市南区还是北区！

非常令人失望的住宿体验——不会再来了

我们在这家酒店预订了四间房，但不幸的是，体验非常糟糕。

第一间房我们一进门就发现床坏了。

第二间房的气味非常难闻，尽管我们抱怨过，但直到第二天早上才换房——这意味着我们带着孩子住在一个臭气熏天的房间里。

更糟糕的是，窗户一直开着，房间里总是有苍蝇。

走廊里也弥漫着难闻的气味，让整个区域都感觉不干净。

另外两间房稍微好一点，但即使是这两间房，也散发着难闻的气味。

当我们向前台反映这些问题时，他们告诉我们酒店已经订满了，他们也无能为力，这让我们感觉很不礼貌，也很无助。

说实话，总的来说，这是一次非常糟糕的体验，我绝对不会再预订这家酒店了。

住在这里作为一个便宜的过夜停留。酒店声称允许携带宠物入住，但我不希望这种情况会延伸到房间里的地毯上覆盖着宠物毛发。我们只在那里住了一晚。床很糟糕而且不舒服。整个晚上都有很多噪音。门关上，人们跑过走廊。当我们一大早就离开的时候，因为没人能睡觉，门外的地板上有一条脏毛巾。

我们尝试晚餐时要求送餐，但那里的选择也非常有限。

付不起足够的钱让我再次入住戴斯旅馆。

Absolutely awful experience - the room (No. 31) had a strong smell of mould that clung to everything. I had to wash all my clothes afterwards because of the stench. Maybe other rooms are better, but I seriously doubt it – be cautious and check before staying!

In need of a bit of TLC, but you get what you pay for and this was half the price of other hotels.

The room was a good size, and very quiet.

Unfortunately, the radiator wasn't working, and the member of staff on reception didn't seem too bothered.

Very noisy at night with the Lorries passing outside.

Very cold room and only 1 small electric heater which didn’t warm the room at all.

The hairdryer was broken and didn’t switch on.

The floor was unclean and the carpet hadn’t been hoovered properly. (There was a used plaster and a glow stick under the table area)

No plug sockets next to the bedsides.
