Very conveniently located, clean, no fuss , nice restaurant. Everything smooth. Will come again when in the area, for sure

Great welcome. Comfy bed. Quiet. Free parking. Hotel is tired and in need of refurbishment. Several lights not working in our room - reported. Receptionist on Saturday evening forgot to bring items up we'd requested upon return to hotel - clean hand towel & 2 mugs. No apology when I went down an hour later. Previous occupant of room had dyed hair pink/red and had somehow splashed the ceiling! NB at time of writing photos of each Premier Inn in Tonbridge are attributed to the other site.

A large car park, and then a friendly, helpful, professional welcome were a very good start. The room was up to the usual high standard with the added benefit that the area is quiet, aiding a restful night's sleep.

Everything as expected. I have stayed there several times before. No problems except that the free wifi was occasionally off line for a short time. Excellent large size room and nice big TV screen. Close to town centre and the places and people I needed to see. The bus stop within 100 yards came in useful during the very wet weather!

Room 7 is a health hazard if you have problems with mould or damp. It smells dank & mouldy. Also it needs redecorating after they sort out the mould. And a new chair because the current one is very stained. Context - I have stayed in many Premier Inns before and have enjoyed my stay. I have also been given a partial refund for this stay. IMO I should have had a full room refund & reassurance that the building damp problem will be addressed.

The hotel was clean and tidy and the lady at reception polite and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The towels supplied were ample. Having the shower gel and shampoo supplied was great. The coffee and tea facilities plenty. Check in was easy and having early check in was great. The only think is bring a bottle opener. The price was reasonable
啊，汤布里奇的普瑞米尔酒店。在这里，睡个好觉可不只是个承诺，简直像是在为一部自然纪录片试镜！凌晨2点半，我被一阵轻微的吵醒——我只能猜测，这大概是一场在我头顶上举行的极其私密的派对。别提什么轻柔的车流声了；我听到的，是天花板被我那些小小的夜行邻居们用力啃咬的震撼立体声。它们欢快的尖叫和愤怒的抓挠声，构成了一个完美的、充满乡村气息的闹钟，让我明白，它们的觅食需求远比我渴望进入催眠状态的愿望重要得多。说真的，有些酒店真是胆大包天，竟然免费提供如此地道的肯特郡野生动物体验！既然这场林间狂欢彻底摧毁了我的宁静，睡眠的希望也彻底破灭，我决定采取下一步合乎逻辑的行动——凌晨4点退房。谁还需要在超级舒服的床上多待几个小时？车后备箱里那令人精神焕发的静谧才是王道。这真是一次难忘的、坦白说完全没必要的“磨练意志”的经历，最终以一场仓促却又无比感伤的告别告终。我的钱包或许付了一整晚的房费，但我的耳朵却获得了一张老鼠摇滚音乐会的VIP通行证。
是参加商务旅行的理想地点。到达接待处很忙，很高兴在漫长的一天后到达房间。遗憾的是，房间里有股难闻的烟味，而且似乎没有得到充分的清洁或通风。接待处太忙，无法与人谈论此事。开着窗户睡觉并尽快离开。不会再留在这里。
15 年来，我每年至少来这里一次，7 号房间非常破旧，插座坏了，床垫弹簧从边缘伸出，满是灰尘，缺乏对细节的关注，枕头上有粘性补丁，当你拉起旋钮时，淋浴龙头会漏水，水从水龙头侧面流到地板上，墙角的油漆脱落，墙顶有裂缝，蜘蛛网密布，真是遗憾，最糟糕的是，我为 4 名成人预订了早餐，到了旅馆却被告知炉子坏了，所以没有热食。最后，Premier Inn 客户投诉部门完全没有回应，他们似乎有一个标准的回应和流程，我们会在一周内回复您！！如果您的房间有任何问题，您必须立即要求更换，不要接受任何问题或麻烦，我们得到了教训。
干净整洁，睡得很好，但第二天早上的早餐有点令人失望，而且不热。清晨，马路上的噪音持续不断。然而。它价格合理，是拜访亲密的家人朋友和比金山机场的英国皇家空军纪念花园的理想地点。
