The property
is what we expected. Beautiful ocean view/pool view. Plenty of space to stretch out on the beach and around the pool. The only real negative we had was the bathroom towels which were a bit hard, the bed was comfy and the food was good as well all over the property.

I didn't like that it was old and you could tell. The staff was great though. There weren't many activities which was a shame. I also didn't like that there was a lot of construction, one elevator was down the whole time and one of the days, both elevators were down so we had to use stairs and our room was on the top floor. Also a shame that their restaurants fill out so fast, hard to get in. Their french restaurant didn't have the lamb rack which is my favorite dish, another shame. They need more sweets/cakes too, those options were very limited.

This was our second stay this year. We didn’t hesitate to go back. At check-in, Donnae remembered us and even gave us an upgraded room. After checking us in, she walked us to our room making us feel welcome and completely at home. Then, of course, we made our way down to the pool bar where Shevaughn and Travis remembered us as well. Those two really know how to make a good time as well as being prompt with service. I highly recommend this resort. We may very well go a third time before the year’s end.

This resort has both good and bad sides. The property itself is beautiful – the pools are amazing, the beach is nice (though not the best), and the restaurants serve good food.
However, the service was very disappointing and absolutely not what you expect from a 5-star resort. Only about 15–20% of the staff were attentive and polite; the majority were slow, unhelpful, and sometimes outright rude, even when asking for something basic like water. Service in the restaurants, bars, and buffet was extremely slow. One restaurant requires reservations, but in the others, we waited up to an hour just to be seated. Even at breakfast, we had to wait to be seated, and the hostess was often missing from her station.
Another big issue is that they don’t provide bottled water or straws anywhere on the property. For a luxury resort, this is unacceptable.
Housekeeping and room service were also very poor. Our room was not clean upon arrival, and throughout our stay service remained slow and unfriendly. The steakhouse was the worst experience – the hostess (Tasha) and her manager were unprofessional. Despite having a confirmed reservation from the feedback department, we were told we didn’t have one and were placed on a waiting list. This felt dishonest and was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a resort.
Overall, the management urgently needs to take action. The location and facilities are beautiful, but the lack of proper service, bottled water, and basic hospitality stan

This resort made you feel very special. They always were so happy to give you or help you with anything you needed. Our stay was wonderful and I would definitely come back again. I never wanted to leave my fiancé and I got engaged and they made it the most magical night of our lives so grateful for everything that they have done for us.
