The room wasnt clean, ended up checking out the same day due to the conditions. Shower wasn't running properly, there was rust on windows and radiators. Marks on carpets. Did eat downstairs at the pub. Ella foster was the one great thing about the experience, super friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect for us, the room was fine also, the shower was lovely, but the tv didn’t work which we didn’t need but we reported when we checked out.

Nice room, poor quality shower & no hot water.
One night stay, lovely room ruined by Poundland shower fittings. No surprise there was no hot water for a shower in the morning, another guest had the same issue. Staff had checked the boiler which was working but offered little by way of apology.

Nice stay
We stayed here for 3 nights. Our first room was very warm and we could leave the window open due to being on the road side. We were moved into a different room for the following nights. The curtains/blinds in neither room fitted well and could do with replacing or a good clean. Staff were really accommodating. We only had breakfast which was excellent. The outdoor area could do with a clean up. Car park was good plenty of spaces

The Staff were unbelievabley friendly and so so helpful.
Clare ,Emma and the young bar tender (didn’t get his name) went above and beyond,couldn’t fault the hospitality,it was fantastic.
Probably one of the best stays with staff so friendly I’ve ever had.
