Room was clean, but as usual we only had 1 wash cloth and 2 bath towels. Hotel urgently needs to invest in towels. I stay here at least once or twice a month and this is an ongoing issue.

The room was nice but I had to ask for sheets for the pull out bed and no extra pillows. I asked my 2nd day for clean towels, tissue, and my garbage to be emptied but I got nothing. I told one of the ladies that there was no towels in the pool area it was not restocked so that’s why I needed new towels in my room. The coffee machine in the lobby needed cleaning and be restocked. The cup stuck to the bottom. Then I was looking for ice machine and I didn’t find one working at least on main floor and 1st floor. I didn’t eat food there too much and the Ladies were nice. I did get a good price on the room.

Room was really nice. Customer service was nice. But, stains were on the toilet seat, it clearly wasn't cleaned. And fridge was dirty, wet, and had a strand of hair, definitely wasn't cleaned. Huge turnoff. Outside of that, place was nice.

服务大部分都很好,但我预订的时候备注要高楼层,结果却被安排在了一楼,不过这倒没什么大问题!我之所以特意订这家酒店,是因为我之前住过,知道房间里有两台电视。但当我抵达后,发现房间没有两台电视时,我立刻就想换房,因为这就是我预订时看中的卖点,包括沙发床也是图片上展示的!我要求换房,酒店也同意了!但同时也被告知酒店正在取消两台电视的配置,而我原本是希望能住到还有两台电视的房间,那天酒店看起来很忙,我也不想住在一楼,因为人来人往的。总之,前台给我换到了四楼的房间,太完美了!于是我和家人收拾好东西去了四楼,结果发现房间小了很多,没有沙发床,只有一个椅子,我心想这比原来的房间还糟糕,就算没有电视,我还是需要沙发床给我家男孩们睡啊!我立刻打电话表达了对房间狭小的担忧,问能不能回到原来的房间,因为空间更大。前台告诉我她已经把原来的房间卖出去了!这才过了大概5-10分钟,我当时气坏了!她说我预订的是大床房,而我最初住的那个房间是唯一带沙发床的,搞什么啊,为什么换房前不告诉我,要是知道我肯定就不换了,结果我、我男朋友和我们两个儿子不得不挤在这个狭小的房间里!浴室简直是垃圾,我是说真的特别烂!我要求升级到两张大床的房间,但她说不行,因为我是通过第三方预订的,基本上我得另外付费才能升级!我觉得完全不合理,尤其是我带着孩子住在一个基本款单人间里,却得不到任何形式的帮助!再也不会去了!不过前台人员还算不错,我本来只是想放松三天,虽然最后凑合了,但我们真的不会再来了!而且浴室里都是霉菌,简直恶心死了!
酒店很棒,热水淋浴和游泳池都很好。房间干净,床很舒服,让我们睡得很好。早餐丰盛,我特别喜欢他们的肉汁!

很可惜洗衣設施沒辦法用,check out時排隊太長了,我只將房卡放在櫃台旁的箱子內,希望我已經完成退房手續了。
