Nice room, some wear and tear on the furniture but nothing out the ordinary. Outstanding breakfast in the morning. EV chargers for your car available. Friendly staff. Coffee bar 24/7. Only downside is I wish I could have received housekeeping and fresh towels for my 3 day stay but thats too petty of a complaint for my awesome stay. Gym and pool available as well with limited hours.

The only reason I am giving this property 4 instead of 5 stars is at check in the hotel's computers were having issues and to the frustration of both guests and staff it took about 30 minutes to check in.

Clean room, but didn’t get the king bed I had booked. The security latch was broken on my door, but the other lock like the chain works.
Staff super friendly. The system was slow to let me check in.

Stayed 3 nights. Housekeeping never checked nor cleaned my room. Front desk was always sitting in the chairs in the lobby playing on their phone. When I called down for more towels, they made me come get them. The 2nd floor smells Horrendous.. I gagged every time I got off the elevators. Overall. Ot worth the price they charged for a room.

服务大部分都很好，但我预订的时候备注要高楼层，结果却被安排在了一楼，不过这倒没什么大问题！我之所以特意订这家酒店，是因为我之前住过，知道房间里有两台电视。但当我抵达后，发现房间没有两台电视时，我立刻就想换房，因为这就是我预订时看中的卖点，包括沙发床也是图片上展示的！我要求换房，酒店也同意了！但同时也被告知酒店正在取消两台电视的配置，而我原本是希望能住到还有两台电视的房间，那天酒店看起来很忙，我也不想住在一楼，因为人来人往的。总之，前台给我换到了四楼的房间，太完美了！于是我和家人收拾好东西去了四楼，结果发现房间小了很多，没有沙发床，只有一个椅子，我心想这比原来的房间还糟糕，就算没有电视，我还是需要沙发床给我家男孩们睡啊！我立刻打电话表达了对房间狭小的担忧，问能不能回到原来的房间，因为空间更大。前台告诉我她已经把原来的房间卖出去了！这才过了大概5-10分钟，我当时气坏了！她说我预订的是大床房，而我最初住的那个房间是唯一带沙发床的，搞什么啊，为什么换房前不告诉我，要是知道我肯定就不换了，结果我、我男朋友和我们两个儿子不得不挤在这个狭小的房间里！浴室简直是垃圾，我是说真的特别烂！我要求升级到两张大床的房间，但她说不行，因为我是通过第三方预订的，基本上我得另外付费才能升级！我觉得完全不合理，尤其是我带着孩子住在一个基本款单人间里，却得不到任何形式的帮助！再也不会去了！不过前台人员还算不错，我本来只是想放松三天，虽然最后凑合了，但我们真的不会再来了！而且浴室里都是霉菌，简直恶心死了！
这是我住过最棒的酒店！五星好评！！强烈推荐给大家。
