Room was very spacious & clean. Staff was friendly & the amenities came in handy! Glad we were able to do a late check out, even if it was only an extra hour. The only issue I had was the bathroom tub had 2 stains (a red & black one). Overall it was a great stay.

I booked a suite room for both my fiancé and mine bday.. the room was kinda falling apart.. there was obvious damage to the walls leading into the bathroom. The ac was not working well, the room was stuffy. We had to ask the front desk for multiple items that were missing from the room.. like the ice bucket.. the stay was not really what we were used to.. as we’ve stayed in multiple home 2 suite location. The staff couldn’t be more uninterested in helping. We stood and had to wait 5 mins while the front desk reception decided he was done with his conversation with other employees.. where the other employee had to actually keep telling him people were trying to check in. The breakfast buffet was rapidly running out of food and drinks. When we addressed this with the breakfast host.. she refilled one thing then would disappear for long periods of time. Then only refilled 1 beverage option.. needless to say.. we ended up having to go off property to get breakfast. For the price of this stay I’d rather stay farther and get better treatment from staff. Unfortunate…

Upon post 3pm arrival no rooms were cleaned and we were asked to return later, they didn’t want to check us “into dirty rooms” we asked if this guaranteed us room and they said our reservation did that. No it didn’t we were checking in at 4:30pm well after the published check in time yet no rooms. Then to really add insult Housekeeping was skipped the entire 4-day stay! On the 3rd day I went to the front desk and complained. We received clean towels and trash removal. Total nightmare why they didn’t clean while we were away from the room all day long then expect to clean our room at night after we returned, absolutely ridiculous. Hotel has free breakfast, don’t eat there the food is questionable for food safety. The area around the hotel is fun, great restaurants, fabulous entertainment but the hotel is terrible.

Gave us a room that was dirty. Bed was unmade and very dirty. Giving us a second room saying breakfast was until 10 am. Walked down at 9:45 and all was put away. Terrible customer service

厨房配有洗碗机和大冰箱，住起来非常舒适。健身房和洗衣房也配套齐全，非常方便。虽然我住了两晚，但我打算住一周或更长时间。如果能有折扣就更好了。
每次去科罗纳，我都喜欢住在这里，它已经成为我的“必住”酒店了。地理位置绝佳，附近的商店也很棒，房间也非常棒。以后每次来都会住这里！
工作人员非常友好热情，乐于助人。我们喜欢这里的地方是去杂货店和餐馆都很方便。我们在这家酒店度过了愉快的时光
