The staff was rude towards the end of the stay ignoring us when questions were being asked. The room was perfect.

There were several teenagers/young adults staying at the hotel and for the most part were unsupervised by an adult or the adults were just as bad as the "children" staying at the hotel. EXTREMELY loud as they made their way from the elevator to their rooms. Fortunately, this was not late into the evening but continued for 2+ hours. Did not appreciate having to hear pounding on a hotel door with someone shouting "let me the f*#K*@G in bro" when I was expecting more from a Hilton brand hotel. This happened both evenings during my stay. The front desk was less than interested in trying to resolve the problem. They would respond to my text messages but the situation did not improve.

I always stay here when I visit my son in DeKalb. This is a nice, new, clean hotel. The rooms are big and well taken care of. Has a little kitchenette which is a nice bonus. The only improvement I would suggest is better bedding.

The 1 bedroom suite was spacious and the kitchenette has everything you need. The breakfast buffet has some pretty good options. Would definitely stay here again.

All was good other than when my son needed a plunger they gave it to him in a bucket that had feces. Disgusting.

The breakfast wasn’t really set up for what my family likes, but otherwise it was good. Room was very open with lots of room to walk around. Very clean.

I loved the room size, clean, and there were enough towels at check-in in the bathroom. Most other hotels have “just enough” and you have to turn around and request more after being in the room a day.

Room size was above expectations. Very clean, friendly and attentive staff. I will definitely stay again in the future.

Clean, breakfast was kept clean and staff was good about keeping items available. Room was clean and spacious. Pool was clean and fully stocked with towels.
