Please take my comments to heart from someone who has traveled to 30+ countries and stayed at different resorts.
My wife and I traveled with our 2 young children ( under 5) end of September.
This was our first time taking our children from a family trip. Our trip was a pure DISAPPOINTMENT. The Resort management is either NON-EXISTENT OR DON'T CARE about improving their service. I would give credit to customer service. They try so hard, but evidently, if Management is OFF, Customer service is limited.
FYI. I am attaching most of the photos to show you what I meant
1. Our patio door was broke from day1. It was not closing right. We made a complaint and it was not still fixed until day 5 when we left. This is a serious safety issue. You can imagine how many What ifs could happen with unlocked room where we left our valuables everyday
2. The NEST ( buffet restaurant) served spoiled food. I complained to the manager on duty that morning and the Chef. I was told, it would be addressed by the higher administration. Again, no action was taken until I left the resort on day 5.
3. My son has allergies which we specifically mentioned each time we entered the restaurant. Here we are in the evening, eating at the Thai restaurant, we order FRIES, plain French fries. The fries were delivered with 2 pieces of TOFU. What if my son had allergies to TOFU?
Same night, I ordered CHICKEN WINGS and instead I got PORK😡😡

Our first impression was it was beautiful! All the staff were very nice and accommodating, some language barrier, but not too bad. Our room was big and comfortable. Only issue with the room was the phone didn't work. Had to ask 3 times for someone to come look and fix it. Still dodnt work when we left 5 days later.Overalll, we had a great time.

我们的礼宾David和Cielo非常出色,他们总是细心周到,让我们的入住体验非常轻松。再次感谢您!☺️
清洁服务非常出色,而且非常友好,迷你吧服务也同样出色。
食物不错,但种类不够丰富,不合我的口味。
设施非常棒,尤其是体育设施(健身房、足球场、篮球场、网球场等等)。
儿童俱乐部非常棒,应有尽有!
由于有马尾藻,海水不太好,但遗憾的是度假村对此无能为力,他们每天都会清理海滩。
花园非常美丽;置身于大自然之中,周围环绕着各种动物,这也是我们选择这家酒店的标准之一。
这家酒店唯一的缺点或许在于,虽然它本身就很棒,但有时路途会显得很远(尤其是在30度的高温下)。而且它距离普拉亚德尔卡曼和坎昆都很远,出行比较困难(价格和出发时间都比较复杂)。
总之,我强烈推荐这家酒店。

我们喜欢整个建筑群的清洁和总体状况,一切都运转良好,交通便利,虽然有点远,但可以随时在任何大厅乘坐交通工具
