Beautiful property with all amenities and great personnel.
The only comment I can give is not enough golf carts available for rides. Had to wait over 15 min in many times to get a ride specially that the resort is huge

David and Cielo were absolutely amazing as concierge. The food was great and the Japanese was the best. We had an amazing time and have been to this resort 8 times over 25 years, and it just continues to get better.

Definitely an enjoyable experience. The place is very nice and there is a lot to do. We were very happy with our room. The only inconvenience was related to humidity. The AC had to constantly run at 22C otherwise the floor would get alla wet

房间非常漂亮，维护得很好，宽敞舒适，设施齐全，还有一个迷人的阳台，离海滩只有几步之遥。浴室也很宽敞，配有淋浴和按摩浴缸。服务一流，员工热情友好，每天都会更换毛巾。如果非要说有什么不足之处（虽然这完全没有影响到我们），那就是我们入住时冰箱里的东西并不多。没有零食，直到我们离开的前一天，他们才补充了饮料和零食。但由于酒店设施齐全，而且只要你提出要求，他们都会提供，所以这一点丝毫没有影响我们的入住体验。总而言之，我对这家酒店非常满意。
