The room was clean. There was a night where the power was out in our room and elevators were not accessible for a bit which was unfortunate. I also checked in on the Hilton app and selected my room to be near our family also staying there but when we got there we were placed in a room on a completely different floor. What’s the point in having that feature if it’s not honored? I also changed cards at check in but money was still taken from my original card. Thankfully I had enough money on there but I wasn’t sure why that happened if I switched my card at check in.

Most everything was quite good - I would have rated it "Excellent" but the A/C unit was really loud, I thought.

We used the hotel for a stopover from a long roadtrip. Very clean and comfortable. Not a fan of the breakfast selection but it did its job.
酒店wifi连接困难，连上不能正常工作，速度慢，一直断。找了前台，说其他人没有反映，是不是手机问题。电脑连接也是如此，前台反馈没有办法处理。反映给携程，携程一句，电话给前台，无人值守也没有发版，投诉，今天的上网流量算携程的
酒店位置非常干净，但配套设施却差强人意。室内泳池水温极低，热水器似乎也坏了。淋浴水压很低，而且偶尔还会突然停止出水。电梯的噪音就像赛车比赛一样。房间很不错，考虑到价格，性价比很高，尽管存在一些不足。但我仍然推荐这家酒店。
