I have had a great experience with clarks always. Clarks Srinagar had amazing service, very friendly staff, everyone is very helpful, and the breakfast was also good, there were nice options. The rooms are also nice, good for the price! Faisal Ahmed was really supportive throughout!

Rooms are warm and a suitable hotel for winter. Food is also good for North Indians specially pineapple rice. Staff is good and coordial specially Faisal in dining is very coordial in serving. ...............................................

Friendly, homely environment, good food, very friendly and helpful staff, they even fulfilled our request for specific food request for dinner. The rooms are nice and cosy, the hotel is designed well too. Located at a very good location, near Lal Chowk, and also the airport.

Faisal - an employee at the hotel - was quite courteous during our stay. The food was good, and the rooms were clean. The sheets were clean, and the pillows were quite fluffy and warm. The heater was more than adequate. Hot water was intermittent, but it was hot enough to make up for its lack of punctuality. Faisal was very attentive to my family’s needs.
这是斯利那加最差的酒店之一，我绝不会向任何人推荐这家酒店。员工和管理人员都很糟糕。房间不宽敞，灯光昏暗。大堂还可以，但是很脏，沙发和所有家具都很脏。总而言之，这家酒店维护得很差。
我们分两次入住，一共住了三晚。由于需要加床，我们住了三间不同的房间。最初给我们安排的房间可能是302号高级房，因为是顶楼，所以天花板是斜的，视野很差。如果需要加床或者携带多件行李，房间会非常拥挤。室内照明不足，有些灯甚至坏了，不过在我们反映后才修好。之后我们住进了一间小型套房，卫生间比较好，但是空间不大。这两间房的窗帘都容易从轨道上滑落。最后我们住进了215号套房，非常宽敞，比之前的房间好一百倍，更适合三人入住。但是即使是套房，他们也不提供纸巾盒和拖鞋。总的来说，房间内部装修不错，但是维护和清洁状况很差。沙发看起来很脏，尤其是在接待处/大堂区域。一些家具/设施需要维修。食物一般，早餐选择非常有限。他们不接受国际信用卡，这给我们带来了很大的不便。唯一值得称道的就是员工，他们热情友好，乐于助人。
我们最近去克什米尔旅行时入住了这家酒店。旅程的第一站和最后一站都是斯利那加，酒店两次都为我们免费升级到了同一间套房。这真是个令人惊喜的意外，因为房间非常宽敞，很适合带孩子的家庭。这家酒店地理位置优越，设施一流。前台工作人员非常热情友好，特别是Abid Salam先生、Sanjeet Kumar先生和Zuhaib先生。酒店内外都非常干净整洁，维护得很好。楼下的餐厅菜品也不错。强烈推荐这家酒店给所有来斯利那加及周边地区的人！
