The water pressure was l I w in bathroom sink couuldnt rinse toothbrush very well. Reported to desk still not fixed on checkout. Bathroom was not cleaned correctly and had already switched rooms due to dirty toilet. Metal door frame in bathroom was pulled away from wall.
Plug ins for chargers dont work well. Adapters dont stay plugged in

I had booked and paid for a single King bed room. The front desk gave me a double Queen room. About ten minutes later without knocking the hotel manager used his door key to LET HIMSELF into my room to say that I was given the wrong room and needed to move to the single King room. He checked the room to make sure I hadn’t used any of the amenities so that he wouldn’t have to reclean the room before he rented to another person. (I had already messed up the bed covers by sitting on the bed and used a hand towel.) He then made me recheck-in by scanning my payment card AGAIN. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Avoid this property at all costs!
I checked in very late and was completely exhausted, but the moment I walked into my room the overwhelming smell of mold hit me. Hoping it was just the odor, I checked the bed—it looked clean—so I decided to tough it out.
Next, I went to get some ice, only to find the main machine broken. They directed me to a small tabletop machine, but when I opened it, there was visible mold inside and the scoop was cracked plastic. At that point I thought I’d just take a shower and get some rest. Unfortunately, the bathroom light didn’t work at all. I had to shower with the door open for light.
By morning, things got even worse—roaches were crawling on the floor, counters, and walls. When I reported everything to the front desk, their response was basically a shrug: “Oh well, we’ll let maintenance know.”
This was by far one of the worst lodging experiences I’ve ever had.

I want my money back, rented 2 rooms. Was given room 102 to begin with, reaked of pot, was put into room 110, next morning when I had the lights on in the bathroom there was black mold on ceiling- made front desk guy aware, he informed me, they’ve been treating for mold, and I should have let them know last night, and they would’ve changed my room again- I didn’t know I was responsible to do inspections. The other room that my family stayed in also had black mold on bathroom ceiling. The front guy videos it, took down my number, and said the management will call me- the chairs in the dining area, all stained and dirty. I should have some type of compensation for this. We should not have to pay to spend the night in filthy rooms. The front desk person sent pictures and videos of black mold in both bathrooms.

The lights flickered when we got into the room. The room smelled it felt like a a dungeon. My son was scared. We went and told the manager and the man at the counter that we could not stay here. I was only in the room for 10 minutes. They refuse to give me my money back and didn’t even offer to go check the lights. The manager told me I needed to call *******. ******* told me I needed to talk to the manager. I just want my money back.
