I have housekeeping keeping a better eye on pillows that are thin, and we will be changing them out. Again, I am so sorry you didn't have a great stay with us. 工作人员很友好，酒店附近有超市和餐馆。
我们很享受这次住宿，前台的工作人员也非常友好。下次还会再来。
只有一个洗手台在卫浴间很不方便,相比我次次出行订房各条件下价位偏高！
在费尔菲尔德酒店住得很愉快。房间大小（特大床）非常合适。床很舒服，也很干净。浴室毛巾宽大柔软，淋浴热水充足。电视很大，频道丰富。空调效果很好。电梯很快。我们的早餐包含在房费里，冷热选择丰富。燕麦片、麦片、华夫饼机、水果，还有各种热门美食，比如培根、香肠、芝士松饼等等。前台工作人员热情友好，办事效率高。总体来说，入住体验很棒，强烈推荐。
半夜噪音很大，打电话给前台，前台说刚来了一个两岁大的孩子，非常亢奋，需要“安静一下”，而且已经跟他们沟通过了。过了午夜12点，噪音还在继续。整体来说，酒店不错，就是墙比较薄。希望工作人员能对噪音投诉采取更严厉的措施。
有些还可以。前台的女士一点也不友好。帮忙准备早餐的女士人很好，当我问她关于步道的情况时，她还帮我介绍了周边环境。我浴室的水槽和淋浴间里到处都是头发。床很舒服，但房间里没有多余的毯子。
