The hotel itself is clean and staff friendly and it is in a convenient location to the interstate. However we got a room with 2 queen beds which were both on broken platforms or box springs. They made the most godawful noise and cracking sounds when ever you moved in the bed. Really they should replace before they rent that room to anyone.

The only thing I did not like was on the website pets are only allowed in certain rooms and due to allergies I asked for a room that pets had not been in. I was told the whole hotel was pet friendly. I tried to cancel and I was told I would be charged anyway.

Clean room and very pleasant check in smooth and quick. Breakfast was good. Had a lot of choices eggs, sausage and waffles and lots of other quick stuff to eat from. Lots of seating. Lots of retail stores and resturants near by. Walmart right across the street.

The window in our room was low quality (not well insulated)and facing the interstate, so our room was very noisy all night while we tried to sleep. We were on the 2nd floor. It sounded like the window was open, but it wasnt. Highly recommend requesting a room facing away from the interstate if given the chance. The bed was very firm and groaned/creaked with every movement. This room was $150 a night. I expected a quiet night's sleep. Not listening to jay braking and interstate travel all night.

This was a nice place and had been recently updated. Clean, good breakfast and pet friendly. It was a very tiny bathroom, though, and all the doors in the hotel close so quickly behind you and just slam shut which made for a lot of hallway noise.

The room was very clean which was nice, but there were a lot of problems. The bathroom sink was clogged so you couldn’t run water without the sink filling up. We also couldn’t take a shower because we had no hot water!! The water barely reached lukewarm temps and the fan in the bathroom sounded a jet taking off. The mattress was way too firm for my back, but I know that’s a matter of preference. Also over by the desk there appeared to be something dried on the floor that looked like blood. Also my breakfast was good, but I drink tea and the water for my tea was barely lukewarm as well. We usually love staying at La Quinta Hotels but this was very disappointing.

I have never been made to feel as welcome as this hotel! Everything was spotless and I felt very safe and comfortable! Highly recommend
