The American breakfast, they offer is not true, they don't have anything for breakfast. The carpets are very dirty, there were two mattresses in the aisle in the second floor and in the dinning room.
The parking lot was a mess, dirty, with a lot of garbage everywhere.
The room was cleaned only once in the 3 days we stayed there.
The condition of the bathroom was poor. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable.
This hotel needs a lot of remodeling.

Quality service
The room was really small and not so much accommodating I had left something in the room and they act like per usual that they didn’t find anything. If you find something always give it to the front desk because you don’t know if they are coming back for it.

It was clean and comfortable. Close to everything. Visited my grand-daughter and it was very convenient! Staff was friendly and it was a safe area.

I booked through ******* which i thought had the tax and fees included, only to show up and be told there was a $50 deposit, a $25 pet deposit (even though their policy states $15) no fee for service animal which i have w/ proper paperwork but the employee wouldnt accept it.

The front desk gentleman was very friendly but the first thing I was told was that breakfast was no longer included and that was one of the reasons I booked to stay there so that was very disappointing. The room smelled a bit of mold, the showerhead was not working correctly and there were people yelling and children screaming way passed midnight on my second night. The first night was nice and quiet.

Terrible. I’ve asked for a refund. The room was scalding hot in August, because the HVAC had been turned off. The room never cooled overnight and I woke up several times due to being uncomfortable.

The staff is friendly and very helpful and overall I have a great experience at this location even though they don’t serve breakfast their kindnesses makes a customer like overlook the other things about staying as a guest at this property and I wouldn’t mind staying here in future references as well just in case and they are very nice staff here at this property….!!!😊
