Perhaps it’s only in Europe but as a British person I’m used to the Sheraton brand carrying prestige. I stayed here for 4 nights during SuperCompute conference in St Louis . The stay costed around £300 a night (unusually expensive for the location) but I figured that was owing the conference plus the fact I was booking a Sheraton. It wasn’t great. The hotel is clean and I’m sure I’d have slept well except the air con / heater in room was so loud every thirty mins or so it kept disturbing my sleep. I kelpf having to “sign” for my breakfast every morning (which wasn’t great anyway) even though I’d paid for it as part of my booking. On that note I got increasingly agitated that it kept getting referred to as my “complimentary” breakfast when there was nothing free of charge about it! I paid extra for it! But the fact I had to sign for it every morning really irritated me. The hotel from a decor perspective looks generally tired and for me it just simply wasn’t worth the money paid. The fact there are restaurants next door to the hotel in Westport plaza is good as the food quality at the hotel is average. Jesse behind the bar was awesome and the staff in general are friendly.

最糟糕的万豪体验！我经常因为工作。如果我的会议和客户都不在这里，我就会换酒店。早该整容了，让我想起了《闪灵》。我为家政人员感到难过，因为几乎没有办法保持古老的家具和浴室清洁。带一些鞋子在房间里穿，或者把拖鞋放在衣柜里，你就不会想把脚放在地板上。电视几乎不能用，浴室很糟糕，床笠不能留在床上，你可以在温度上选择热或冷（没有中间的温度），风从窗户吹过，插座不工作（当你可以找到一）整个酒店的空气清新剂太多了，令人恶心，地板和门之间有一个缝隙，幼儿可以通过。不过不用担心……如果想要体验真正的冒险，请入住 12 楼的土耳其秃鹰酒店 (Turkey Vultures)。当你从推拉门往外看时，一定会吓到你！ ***附有图片。
非宠物房干净舒适。我们预订了一晚的宠物房很脏，维护得也不好。
