We paid in advance on Trip Advisor. The charge showed on our credit card app, & we had a confirmation number. When we arrived, we showed our ID as requested. The Desk person looked it up and had the wrong address and phone number, and said we hadn't paid. He told us we had to pay. We refused to pay again. We showed him the confirmation number, but he couldn't seem to find it. We left. A terrible experience, recommend avoiding.

Nothing went well. Could not find the reservation. The smoke detector was beeping so after an hour they just removed it. The toilet ran every 35 seconds all night The ice machine did not work so they went somewhere off property to get us one cup of ice.

Asked for a no. Smoking room. Room smell of cigarettes was terrible. Ice machine. It working. Sign that said complimentary coffee meanwhile there was none. I can’t recall if breakfast was an option but if it was, there was none. Bathtub full of cigarette burns. After the first day the key didn’t work. Someone entered the room and all they did washout new towels. First and last. ******* should not be patronizing this place.

I would not recommend this propertty to anyone. The area is terrible, and the facity was not clean at all. There were bugs crawing up the walls. We told the ower (who could not speak english) about the bugs and allshowed him them in the room, and he was not concerned at all. Worst experience ever.

I booked this place days in advance and i got there at 1am to check in. The guy said there was no power and i had to leave. I saw lights on everywhere! No one ever refunded me my money and i had to drive around until 3am trying to find another place to stay.

Felt unsafe, it was grimey, I didn't even stay. I literally slept in my truck somewhere else.
