Property is old and not maintained, things are broken and not repaired, wouldn't recommend to staying more than one night. My room was on the second floor so no street noise and I used mosquito repellents.

Our stay in Broadway Colaba was a great experience.
It was so pleasant and hassle free stay.
The location is very prime, walkable distance for Taj, Gateway of India & Colaba market.
Staff were very supportive and helpful.
I suggest whoever looking a good hotel within budget can go for this without 2nd thought.

Owner and manger were very rude from beginning , we will never visit again
睡眠质量不好的朋友不推荐入住，太吵太脏了。
既没有咖啡粉，也没有沐浴露，甚至连水壶都没有，后来他给我买了，我把这归功于服务。没有补充水——非常糟糕！
墙上的灰泥脱落——需要紧急整修！
位置非常适合前往戈拉巴的所有景点
根本不适合家庭人士。如果你一个人住还可以。但绝对不适合家庭。我们不得不在 1 小时内离开酒店。房间非常小，卫生状况很差，所有设施都只是摆设。酒店员工（包括经理）的行为非常粗鲁。完全不推荐入住。
酒店在一楼，只有 6 间非常小的房间，酒店里没有任何设施。他们每晚收费 3000 卢比，但除了水费外，其他一切都要付费。
浴室里的热水器是 2 升的，猜猜你能在里面洗澡多久。即使是 1000 卢比的 OYO 房间也比这好。
位置优越
酒店位置很好，但是房间比照片上小很多。
房间没有什么味道，条件还算可以。
最多住一两晚，没有太多舒适感。
内部正在装修，未来可能会有所改善。
