Stay away. First they quoted one price on their own web site and charged a higher price when we checked in. They refused to honor web site price even though the room was booked through their own website! Nobody from the hotel would even discuss it. Subsequent calls to management were useless. The hotel itself was shabby aged. Towels were threadbare, the elevators didnt work and there were no stairs to the garage so you had to walk around the whole parking mall to get to your car.

One never expects to be hosted well when accompanying a loved family member during his extended hospital stay. This little gem is located within the campus of the Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital. The staff is welcoming, the sleep is sound, the meals are perhaps in the range of "typical plus" and the kashruth is impeccable It well served our needs. Plus, the view of the surrounding hills from the panorama dining room is a treat of its own.

We called up before we came to make sure the food was within our requirements (Kosher with the right Hechsher) and were assured it was. Although the price was beyond our budget we thought it would be worth it if we got breakfast as well. We also made sure to ask when we arrived and were again told it is all good (Bedatz). When the breakfast arrived it was not. (Bedatz, although it may be that the other meals are). I tried to contact the hotel and complain as well as warn them I would write a bad review but they never bothered to respond and were altogether not interested.
一名员工指责我没有为 2 人预订,而我已经这么做了/情况非常暴力,非常不愉快
