酒店位置不错,打摩的往返地铁站很方便,很安静,隔音也不错,在这里度过了难忘的几天,如果下次来还会考虑住这里
我孩子在泳池里受了伤,我们在芭提雅泳池玩了五天都没收拾,孩子走不了路,跟酒店说要求免费延迟退房到四点,他们同意了,第二天我们出去了,他们又反悔了,说我孩子能在房间行走,说我们必须退房了,我孩子能在房间行走就代表他能出去玩吗?孩子受伤他们一点关心都没有,就直接把我们赶出去了
只能穿着酒店的拖鞋走路也叫能走路,可以出去玩?
不敢相信是四星酒店…明明选择了安静,却给了一间和别的房间连通的房间!隔壁十二点后才回来在房间大声谈笑,直到凌晨两点。(当然和别人没关系,是这个垃圾酒店的原因)隔壁不要说高声说话,就连轻声低语,哪怕按开关,冲厕所都听的清清楚楚。
一晚没睡着,及其影响第二天行程。半夜和酒店投诉也是未果。第二天换了房间酒店对第一天没有任何抱歉,建议真的不要住这家,太可怕了。
第二是定位,连着两天打车定位都把司机引导向后面的小巷,耽搁了我们的音乐会安排。
去了几趟曼谷,最差一家。准备和集团投诉。
房间卫生还可以,就是床单被套换了三次都没有让我满意,不是破的就是感觉没洗干净的感觉,最后一套上面有黑色的东西,直接用涂改液改改的,伙食还可以,比较适合白人餐,中餐没有。还有环境感觉还可以。晚上还可以喝鸡尾酒和吃小点心,包含在房费内,不过跟国内的桔子酒店还小一点,但是价位是桔子酒店的一倍,价位偏高,如果是国内桔子酒店的价位差不多。
很晚才到曼谷,临时入住一晚,酒店整体不错,视野很好,唯一不足的是离地铁站较远,以及周边吃喝的地方较远~但好在性价比高~
酒店位置有点不太好离地铁有一点远不过他们有接驳车往返接送,房间卫生很干净床品也舒服,泳池白天很出片,晚上会有一些活动还挺不错的
前台态度很差,房间老久,周围环境糟搞,房顶还漏水,建议大家别选择这家酒店,前台英文也很差,几乎无法交流
落地曼谷包车到酒店已经是凌晨,但是门口还是会有迎宾人员帮忙打开车门装卸行李引导至七楼前台办理入住
入住当天正值万圣节,前台还赠送了免费的万圣节糖果,这一点很吸引人,房间面积不是很大,但是也属于中规中矩
就是酒店离七便利店有一定距离,但是能提供免费的接驳车去七一幺购物买东西,叫他在门口等待几分钟,给予一点小费即可
最让人不爽的就是正值万圣节,我们每个人都会涂一点假血到脸上部位不小心有弄到床铺上,它收取了我们1500块钱的清洁费,后面以为是整个床单都没有办法清洗干净,结果回家洗一下衣服上的夹血很轻松就洗掉了,这一点让我真的很不爽

强烈推荐这家酒店!房间非常干净宽敞,员工们都特别友好,服务质量很高,很多小细节都做得非常到位,让人感觉很棒。房间视野很好,很安静,泳池和健身房在曼谷炎热的日子里简直是额外加分项。穿梭巴士服务也非常实用(酒店位于一条繁忙的路上)。一切都很完美!
