Smallest luggage carts I’ve ever seen. About a third of the size of any other hotel. Took us multiple trips to get our stuff to the room. We were told prior to booking we could have a cot for our other child. Upon arrival and after paying we were told we can’t have a cot. That no room can except the king room. So had a child on a hard floor for 4 nights. Will not be staying again.

This hotel was perfect! The staff was professional and kind, the room was very clean, the beds are super comfortable, the free breakfast was very good. I can't say enough positive things about this hotel!

Everything was great , stuff, cleanliness. Breakfast options limited as most of the hotel chains except a couple other places. Standard breakfast options include eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles snd options of drinks, coffee, hot chocolate and juices.

The staff was very nice the room wasn't clean the table and floors. That all I'm going to say they took care of us...

There was no worker present/visible at arrival or departing. I had to call the phone number of the hotel before someone came up front to check me in.
工作人员友好乐于助人，房间舒适，早餐也足够丰盛。我肯定会再入住这家酒店。
早餐非常棒，酒店宽敞又安静。家具干净结实，装修也很漂亮。室外壁炉和长凳的设计很加分。
