I paid for a room online through ******* and showed up with my identification and proof of payment. When I couldn't locate my credit card, I asked the front desk about it. They told me they had no record of my payment and I asked for a refund. They advised me to contact ******* directly. I'm upset about driving all that way to have to turn around and come back home.

上二楼是楼梯，有箱子的比较费劲。房间很大很干净，床的尺寸也很大，洗澡的热水很好。就是吃早餐的地方比较小，要把早餐拿回房间吃。另外，房间的微波炉是坏的。房间设施比较简单，开一路车简单休息一下算是很舒服
不符合三星标准，房间卫生条件很差，lobby很小，和评分不符，怀疑是刷的评分。携程提供的信息有问题
我们只住了一晚，但肯定会再次入住。酒店内提供洗衣服务是一大优势。房间宽敞，看起来像是最近翻新过的。工作人员非常友好。唯一的小缺点是包含的早餐不如我们在其他酒店吃到的那么丰盛。总的来说，这是一次不错的体验。
