Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was so easy and we walked across the bridge and in about 20 min were at The Banks with access to all of the stadiums and restaurants.

The room was great! Alot of space and comfortable!
Breakfast wasn't bad, the breakfast nuggets were amazing.
The other benefit was that it was in walking distance to the Newport Levee/Aquarium and less than 10 minute drive to Cincinnati.

WE DID NOT LIKE THE FACT OF HAVING TO PAY FOR PARKING!! We are paying to stay at a hotel, since when our why do we have to pay to park there... it makes NO SENSE!!!

The staff was friendly, the location was perfect. Room was clean and comfortable.
酒店很好，很方便，距离市区也不远，门口有个教堂，附近不远处有一家中餐，都很不错。
酒店很干净。住宿体验很舒适。
酒店很不错，但我们入住时垃圾桶没有清理，里面有啤酒罐之类的东西。幸运的是，我们出门的时候遇到了客房服务人员，他们帮我们倒掉了垃圾！除此之外，房间都很好。游泳池非常冷……虽然是冬天，但我希望冬天的时候泳池区域能暖和一点！如果能把水稍微加热一下，体验感会好很多。员工非常乐于助人，但也看到一些员工穿着不太专业的服装（睡衣）。早餐还行，选择不多，而且肉类只有火腿，谁会喜欢吃火腿呢！考虑到支付的价格不算高，这些问题也还能接受，但酒店确实还有改进的空间！这是一家很棒的酒店，就在水族馆旁边，真的应该做得更好！
非常棒的一次入住体验。早餐非常丰盛，太好吃了！
