Negative : Understaffed, elevator broken, dirty and stained hallway and stairwell carpeting, some lighting in rooms non-functional. Cracked mirror in closet ( possible injury hazard ) no breakfast offered Positive : Towels and bedding seemed very clean, bathroom / shower clean. This place needs some real help !!!

I did not like that i had heavy luggage and the elevator was out of service and the only way up was the stairs. Carpets where all dirty and with stains and bad smell. Room service only from 7am to 3pm if you need towels or bed sheets they wont give you clean one's. No breakfast included 😢.

我绝对不推荐任何人入住这家酒店。我和丈夫出差前在这里住了一晚。我们到达时，前台空无一人。我们试着打电话，但毫无进展。我们用电话打了个电话，十分钟后，接待员终于来了。她没有打招呼，没有热情接待，什么也没说！！！！！她一脸恼怒地要求我们出示身份证，然后就把钥匙给了我们，却没有告诉我们房间在哪里。这种行为让我们感到震惊，因为花了100美元，却被当成垃圾一样对待，这可不是我们想要的。如果你想毁掉自己的心情，这里绝对是个完美的地方。除了前台的冷漠之外，我们一进房间就闻到一股难闻的腐臭味，冰箱噪音大得让我们难以入睡，空调也很吵，而且温度调节得也不太理想，要么太冷，要么太热。此外，对于家庭或独自旅行的女性来说，这不是一个安全或受欢迎的地方。
虽然价格便宜，但很脏，工作人员完全帮不上忙，清洁工根本不懂打扫，而且只有在特定时间段才有毛巾，而我当然是在特定时间段上班。我不会推荐这家酒店。
