Everyone was friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was a little sparse. My wife does not eat sausage. The bath tub was very slippery. My wife had to put a towel in the tub to shower.

I was disappointed that I did not automatically have daily service to place fresh towels, take out trash, and make bed. For the price, which went up $30 sons the last stay and service staff were not as friendly. I learned this hotel is considered an extended stay so they do not offer daily maid service. The coffee was not great either.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was well furnished, roomy and comfortable. The breakfast options were a bit limited, but there was plenty available and it was well stocked.

Breakfast was weak. Ran out of eggs, coffee and bowls for cereal at 9:00 took forever to replace. (Saturday)

Fire alarm went off at 4:00 had to evacuate. Overall I would stay there again. Good location.

Came to stay the night to be at Mayo Clinic in the morning. Only 8 mins away. Actually had a sign for a shuttle in the lobby although we did not use it. Nice clean safe area. Friendly staff when we walked in. She asked our preferences on floor and elevator location. Room was just what we needed. Clean and spacious enough. No sounds heard. Comfy beds. Would stay again.
