The front desk manager was very rude. She was more interested in her personal cellphone call cussing someone out on the other end than check us in.
Our original room had a extremely load AC unit, lights hanging out of the ceiling and a funky smell.
I went to the front desk and told them about the
Issue and was told they would be repaired by the time we returned from an event. Nothing was repaired at all. I was told there were no more rooms available until I asked for a full refund. Then there was a room available for us.
This room was ok but the damage was done.
People rave about the breakfast but that is not the case on our trip.
Never again La Quinta.

The morning Staff desk reception person wasn’t very friendly, and during breakfast the coffee ran out which took approximately 15 minis for them to bring out a fresh container. Also hotel room phone didn’t work and no USB PORTS in room.

Clean, very nice room with very clean bathroom and shower. Friendly check in, cold drinks and snacks. Only stayed a night ever was great. Comfortable bed, cable tv, WiFi, microwave and coffee maker. Also little refrigerator. I would 100% stay again. All for around $90 a night.

There were roaches everywhere, big ones baby ones..it was so disgusting. Don’t stay here! When I requested a refund the lady at the front did not even ask why. She knew exactly what it was. I was in and out in 35 min!

The noise level was horrible . Teens in the hallway yelling slamming doors. The office is hard to get in contact with and when I did correct them they were unable to fix the situation. You check online then still have to wait in a long long , the room was spacious but the pillows were terrible . A few other issues such as not having access to doors with your key card I would not recommend .

通常还不错,但上次他们没有单人床,而我预订的就是单人床,因为酒店漏水或被水淹了,所以他们给了我一间双人皇后房,但空调和暖气都坏了。早上前台的女孩也不太热情周到。
在我们入住的三天里,他们没有打扫卫生,而且早餐的选择也很少。
