Great service and rooms were descent. Hid behind a gas station update with security guarding the property this is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. Will be back when we are in the area again.

No channels available on TV, toilet didnt work properly and early check in and late check out were both not accommodated. Overall it was not worth the money, would have spent extra to stay somewhere else, will in the future

Hotel is not well maintained. Windows in one room was broken so smoke from outside was coming in my daughter’s room. Phone in my daughters room was broken which is security issue. Chair in my room was missing. Outlet on nightstand is broken.

There was poor WiFi and I could only get on channel on TV. The breakfast was awful and table dirty in dinning area. Environment was very and other individuals staying there were very sketchy there were a lot of young teenagers running through the hotel. I checked out and forgot my medication call back and my medication was thrown away the policy is they do not keep any medication, but they keep your dirty underwear for 30 days; nevertheless, my medication was in a clear Ziploc bag with bottles and my name on it and they knew that I was just someone that had checked out and they did not notify me prior to throwing out my medication. I was traveling and I had a hard time trying to get my medication back because I had to have it transferred from another State. It was just not to my satisfaction.

This property definitely has some shady dealings happening here. I was supposed to stay with my family Friday- Sunday. We checked out of both rooms Saturday morning due to unsafe activity. Drug activity, front desk renting out rooms to people for a fee, and homeless folks are housed here. Not anywhere I'd like to stay and feel safe and comfortable.

Horrible experience
I don’t usually leave bad, but this was well needed. The place overall wasn’t clean and the services needs more work. My room was okay, but no come to dump the trash or provides us new towels etc. We left our trash outside, so that housekeeping could dump the garbage. It took them almost a day to dump our trash that was in the hallway. My father had to ask the housekeeping who was passing by to assist. I also had other family members who checked in for their stay. They packed their bags and stayed at another hotel. Their room smelled smokey once the checked in. The same issue occurred when they were provided another room
Then when we decided to go down as a group for breakfast, the breakfast was horrible, and once the breakfast trays were empty, they would not provide their guest with more food. When other families came an hour or so after us, they kept telling them that they would’ve provide them more food, but never did. The pancake batter was very watery. The batter was so horrible until it had a cheese like pull once it was done cooking. We had to go somewhere to spend our money elsewhere to eat because we did not want to risk getting sick. Lastly, when I was sitting at the breakfast table about to leave, I felt something crawling on my leg. When I looked down, it was a roach! I will never step foot in the hotel ever again.
One positive is that they’re nice people. They don’t speak english very well so it’s tough to communicate with some workers with concerns.

Worst hotel stay ever
The room smelled like cigarettes. The floors were sticky. The breakfast was ice cold and the coffee pots were empty. It looks like this hotel is privately owned and very short staffed, the same young lady that checked us in is the same person that cooks breakfast and cleans. There was a roach crawling around in the breakfast area so my family and I drove to get breakfast.
When I brought all the issues to the lady at the front desk and told here we were leaving to find a better hotel because we couldn't stay there in those conditions. She said I would still be charged for 3 days although we're only there for 8 hours. I told her I would call my credit card to dispute the charges and they wouldn't get paid,, then magically a refund appeared on my card the next day. This hotel needs upgrading and staff that can properly accommodate their guest.

My reservation was cancelled by the property manager as I was making my way to the hotel.
通常还不错，但上次他们没有单人床，而我预订的就是单人床，因为酒店漏水或被水淹了，所以他们给了我一间双人皇后房，但空调和暖气都坏了。早上前台的女孩也不太热情周到。
